In recent years,the national physical fitness indicators of young people continued to decline,fewer and less young people participate in football,the results of Chinese national soccer team are unsatisfactory,and in order to implement the notice"students in the development and promotion of the school football can bring new vitality into the reform of school physical education.In 2009,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education for the first time publication "the Notice on Carrying out the National Youth Campus Soccer Activities".In 2014,the Notice on the Establishment of the National Youth Football Team Leadership Team promulgated by the Ministry of Education for the first time development community football as a major and urgent strategic task.Dingxi City is located in where the semi-arid zone,has scarce resources,underdeveloped economy.As one of the characteristics of football football in Gansu Province,it has only 16 characteristic campus football schools.In Dingxi City,in addition to the football characteristic schools,more than 1,379 are are club football non-characteristic schools.Are these schools developing and widspreading club football?How is the degree of their development and what is the problem in their implenting process?The exploration of these problems for the popularization and development of our team football is of great significance,and it needs further in-depth investigation and research.In this paper,61 primary and secondary schools and 305 teachers in Dingxi City,Gansu Province,were investigated by means of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Researching and analysising on football non-and secondary schools.Results from the study:1.In the Dingxi City,a big number of primary and secondary football non-characteristic schools have not set up football teaching class in the sports and health courses,so students can not carry out the learning of basic knowledge of football and simple football skills and tactics,that hindering the development and popularization of campus football.2.The most important training way in Dingxi City campus football non-characteristic schools football activities is amateur football training team,for lack of competition so that less communication with campus football characteristics schools,which seriously affected the popularization and improvement of the youth football skills and tactics.3.The main factors that hinder Dingxi City campus football non-characteristic schools to carry out football are lack of funds,lack of space,lack of teachers and the professional ability is not strong,low school leadership's support efforts,parents factors,campus football culture atmosphere is not high,there is not a unified teaching and training materials and training programs,these problems resulting in Dingxi City campus football slow development and popularization.4.The survey shows the advantages of Dingxi City campus football non-characteristics school to carry out football activities is more participation of students,there are strong interests in the students,but to campus football non-characteristics schools the football activities of the campus football non-characteristics schools do not have significant role in demonstration,leading,passing,helping.5.In Dingxi City,most of the campus football non-characteristics schools set up school football team,amateur football training team,but the motives of football teacher to participate in football are mainly personal interest and increase income,also there is excessive phenomenon in the team,so many factors seriously affected the football popularization of campus football non-characteristic schools in Dingxi City.
