Study On The Management Problems And Countermeasure Of Nanchang International Sports Center

With the rapid development of China's tertiary industry,people's amateur cultural life is more abundant.In recent years,opportunities for holding large-scale sports events in various regions are increasing.Since the 1990 s,many cities in China have built multi-functional large-scale public stadiums and gymnasiums that have reached the world's leading level.However,the planned economic system with Chinese characteristics has also led to the government's inability to operate sports venues freely and efficiently.Referring to the reform and development experience of foreign and domestic venues,this paper chooses Nanchang International Sports Center as a case to study the countermeasures and suggestions of the same type of stadiums and Gymnasiums in the process of management and reform in detail.This study puts forward the idea of transforming the operation mode of Nanchang International Sports Center based on the market competition mechanism,combing with the PESTEL analysis model to analyze the macro-factors such as policy,economy and the advantages and disadvantages of Nanchang International Sports Center itself.This paper chooses the theory of enterprise government as the theoretical basis of the full text,and combines the results of field investigation and expert interviews to analyze the current situation and problems of the operation of the National Sports Center,so as to provide suggestions for the reform of the National Sports Center according to local conditions.In recent years,with the support of Jiangxi Province and Nanchang Municipal Government,many professional basketball clubs and other special sports events have been introduced into the National Sports Center,which will also greatly promote the reform process of the National Sports Center.Through analysis and investigation,the author finds that the current management content and service supply of Nanchang International Sports Center are mainly two businesses.One is to give full play to its advantages of venues resources to improve public sports services;the other is to undertake large-scale sports activities.The following problems exist in the operation of the National Sports Center: due to the objective institutional constraints,the development of venue operation is limited at this stage;the idle situation of venues is extremely serious,and the implementation of the operation plan is not yet in place;the management staff is redundant and inefficient;the unique competition resources have not formed a revenue chain.In view of the future sustainable development of the National Sports Center,the author puts forward some ideas,such as speeding up the personnel reform of the stadium,adjusting the format structure,widening the sources of funds,transforming the intelligent venues combined with "Internet +",and giving full play to the advantages of the sports resources.It is hoped that this study will be helpful to the future development of Nanchang International Sports Center and other large-scale stadiums of the same type.
