| Faced with an increasingly competitive society,many parents are overwhelmed by anxiety and fear that their children will lose at the starting line.As a result,preschool children are experiencing the reality that outdoor games and activities are occupied by training courses and specialty classes,and physical exercise is weakened.In addition,with the improvement of the standard of living and the development of urban transportation,it is a matter of habit for people to take a car and take an elevator when they go out and go home.It virtually makes people form the habit of "not wanting to move".Due to insufficient parental awareness of fitness,insufficient attention to the value of physical exercise for preschool children,and excessive protection and care of them,the opportunity for preschool children to participate in sports activities is implicitly limited,and the result is that preschool children are weak and prone to illness.Affected their physical and mental development.The influence of family environment on children is comprehensive and profound.If we can introduce parent-child sports activities into the process of preschool children’s growth,we will not only achieve ideal educational results,but also have a huge impact on their health and life in the future.In the context of the comprehensive implementation and popularization of quality education in society,it has become more important than intellectual development to cultivate children’s comprehensive ability.Therefore,the improvement of preschool children’s physical quality and the development of sports ability are fundamental to improving the overall national physical health.It is also an important basis for promoting the harmonious development of socialist society.In view of the above,this study,from the perspective of parent-child sports,focused on the influence of parent-child sports activities on preschool children’s sports participation,and focused on the investigation of the subjective and objective factors that currently affect preschool children’s parent-child sports activities.Taking parents of children between the ages of 5 and 7 as the object of the survey,the current situation of parent-child sports activities in preschool children’s families was investigated and analyzed by means of literature,investigation,experiment and mathematical statistics.At the same time,through small sample experiments,it is verified that parent-child sports activities using induction methods can enable parents to plan,purpose,and target their children to participate in sports activities,so that preschoolers can experience the important effects of sports activities.Then promote its participation in sports activities to increase the frequency and time.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)Pre-school children and parents have a positive attitude toward parent-child sports activities.Although parents are aware of the importance and necessity of the activities,it is not easy to implement them in practice.(2)Parents need to learn parent-child sports-related knowledge and skills,and provide pre-school children with opportunities for structured and unstructured physical activity to help them achieve the best physical and mental health and physical fitness.(3)Parents ’convenience is the first consideration in conducting parent-child sports activities.The venue and content of the activities are limited.Although the arrangement and guidance methods are dominated by children,they are not oriented towards success.Children feel less pleasant experience during the activity.(4)Uncertainty about parents ’leisure time results in too few physical activities per week with their children,which are of short duration,and most of which are too low in intensity to be effective.(5)Parents ’motivation for parent-child sports activities is good,and they also want to use it for parent-child communication.However,parents are the main constraints and parents are willing to make changes in this situation.And willing to learn relevant sports knowledge and skills to guide children’s sports activities.(6)Through the small sample experiment,the difference in the frequency of participation before and after the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but the difference in participation time between the experimental group and the control group was not significant.It shows that parental physical activity using induced method has a certain role in promoting the sports participation of preschool children through the training of induced method.Based on a survey of the current situation of parent-child sports activities in preschool children and a small sample experiment,the purpose is to promote the enthusiasm of preschool children’s sports participation through the intervention of parental induction methods.According to the research process and results,the following suggestions are put forward: Call the relevant departments to pay more attention to family sports activities;Parents lead by example,set an example of exercise and fitness;Reducing the burden on children and implementing home sports operations;Foster family sports atmosphere and integrate sports into family life. |
