| 3~6 years old is a critical period for the formation and development of the physique and Personality of preschool children.Dissociative anxiety is one of the common emotional problems in this period,it has a lot of adverse effects on children’s physical and mental health.To this end,we should create a good child discipline environment for preschool children,develop a variety of sports parent-child activities to intervene in the treatment of children’s separation anxiety,so as to guide children to get rid of psychological problems,promote the development of children’s mental health.In this paper,3~6-year-old children with separation anxiety as the main object of study,kindergarten classes as an example,specific analysis of parent-child sports activities on 3~6-year-old children with separation anxiety.Through literature,interviews,questionnaires,experiments,mathematical statistics and other five research methods,in this study,30 preschool children with mild anxiety were selected as the subjects of intervention,and 30 preschool children with mild anxiety were selected from the middle classes of two kindergartens,Yong* kindergarten in Jiaozuo and Yong* kindergarten in Jiaozuo,Shanyang District,the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group according to the ratio of male and female,15 boys and 15 girls in each group.The experimental group carried out a 6-month intervention of parent-child sports activities,while the control group only needed to follow the school’s kindergarten curriculum content of normal activities.Results:(1)after 6 months intervention,there were significant differences in dissociative anxiety,social life ability and child discipline environment among preschool children aged3~6 years in the control group(P & Lt,the daily teaching course in kindergarten can effectively intervene in the treatment of preschool children’s dissociative anxiety,but the effect is not obvious in a short time.(2)after 6-month intervention,there were significant differences in dissociative anxiety,social life ability and child discipline environment between 3~6 year-old and6-year-old preschool children in the experimental group(P & LT;0.001),the results showed that in the short intervention period,sports parent-child activity therapy was more effective than daily teaching in improving the anxiety of preschool children.Conclusion:(1)in the comparative intervention experiment,the control group and the experimental group showed improvement in the three indicators of dissociative anxiety,social life ability and child discipline environment,but the improvement was greater in the experimental group.The reason is that the intervention of parent-child sports activities in the experimental group can effectively improve the separation anxiety of preschool children,and improve the social life ability of preschool children,in parent-child sports activities,parents should strengthen the emotional communication between parents and children,improve the child discipline environment for pre-school children,change their parents’ traditional bad parenting ideas and ways,and enhance their care and love for their children.(2)the intervention data showed that preschool children with dissociative anxiety were positively correlated with the reduction of dissociative anxiety,the improvement of social living ability and the improvement of child discipline environment,they complement each other,influence each other and promote each other. |
