This thesis studies the behavior of coaches during the suspension of the 16 th volleyball competition of the 13 th Sports Meeting of Henan Province and the "Huaguang Cup" sports activities of Henan University students,and discusses the coaching behavior between the winning and losing teams.The difference will help the development of coaches in the future.The study was conducted by two female coaches and five male coaches in the men's B group during the suspension period.The entire process was suspended during the entire filming competition and 21 game record sheets were collected.This study used CTOOI(the coach's observation tool at the time of suspension),a tool edited by Hastie(1999)to record the coach and player's suspension in basketball,volleyball and ice hockey.According to the tool,the performance of the seven coaches in the category,direction and time was observed,and the data was obtained and analyzed.Conclusion:1.The winning frequency of the winning team is less than the negative frequency of the negative team,and the effective rate of the winning team is higher than that of the negative team.The team has the highest pause after 21 points.2.Under the classification of dimensions,the coach of the winning team tends to tactical guidance,and the coach of the negative team tends to be technically guided.Under the category classification,the winning team coaches are more inclined to tactical ex ante guidance,tactical after-the-fact guidance and outcome statements.The negative team is more inclined to technical corrections and technical accusations.3.In terms of directivity,the tactical pre-guided Zhongsheng team is more inclined to individual orientation,and the negative team is more inclined to group guidance.After the tactical after-the-fact guidance and the result statement,the winning team is more inclined to group guidance,and the negative team is more inclined to individual guidance.4.The coaches of the winning team are shorter in the use of technical and tactical time than the negative team coaches,and are used in the psychological guidance time than the negative team coaches.Suggestion:1.The coach should quickly understand the technical and tactical characteristics of the opposing team members at the beginning of the game,combined with the technical and tactical use of the players,and a reasonable use of the suspension.2.From the dimension classification,coaches should be inclined to tactical level guidance during the suspension period to reduce technical level guidance.Under the classification of categories,coaches should be inclined to tactical prior guidance,tactical after-the-fact guidance,and outcome statements during the suspension.3.The coaches should face the individual in the tactical pre-consultation,the tactical after-the-fact guidance and the result statement,and try to pass on their own tactical ideas to all the players.4.When the coach is suspended,the coach should conduct more psychological guidance.By motivating the player's psychological state to improve the technical and tactical play,the narrative technique and tactics should be concise,so that the athlete can quickly understand the coach's intention and help the victory of the competition result.
