With the development of society,China pays more and more attention to the development of secondary vocational education.In April 2014,the vocational education research institute of hebei normal university of science and technology drew lessons from and learned from the classification research of German vocational ability to build the vocational ability evaluation model for secondary vocational students(trial)from the perspective of employers.It makes a detailed description of the vocational ability classification of secondary vocational school graduates and the corresponding ability index weight,so that the evaluation and assessment of vocational ability of secondary vocational school students has a relatively complete system,which is a major breakthrough in the history of vocational education.However,this evaluation model lacks professional evaluation of vocational abilit y of secondary vocational accounting students.Based on this,most education scholars have carried out research on the vocational ability evaluation system of students,but the research on the vocational ability evaluation system of secondary vocational accounting students is still in a blank field.Therefore,based on the accounting discipline as building the evaluation index system as the research object,through the literature research,consulting method,questionnaire survey,factor analysis and interviews and other research methods,according to the special characteristics of secondary vocational accounting disciplines,carding the related literature at home and abroad,sums up the accounting major students professional ability components and related theoretical basis,according to the talents training goal of vocational education policy in China,enterprises of unit of choose and employ persons needs and secondary vocational students' physical and mental characteristics and development requirements related to the basis,accounting for secondary vocational school students' vocational ability and the enterprise needs to from the reality of problems,such as,Finally,the evaluation index system of vocational ability of accounting major students in secondary vocational schools is constructed.At the same time,the questionnaire survey and consultation are respectively carried out on accounting teachers,students and employers in secondary vocational schools,and the rationality and scientificity of the evaluation index system of students' vocational ability are triangulated.And using factor analysis method and interview method to further determine the weights are given to each evaluation index,this paper builds the evaluation index system of secondary vocational accounting major students professional ability includes professional ability,social ability,method ability and general ability 4 first-level indicators,and 27 secondary ability index,finally,the evaluation index of evaluation criteria are described in the related content.The research significance of this paper lies in:To standardize the management of accounting students in secondary vocational schools and promote the overall improvement of the teaching quality of secondary vocational education;To improve the vocational ability of accounting students and promote their ability of sustainable development.
