Driven by economic globalization and rapid social development,the era of knowledge economy has arrived,and the quality of education is closely related to national development and national rejuvenation.Therefore,governments have increased their investment in education.In recent years,the Chinese government has also focused on the development of education as a key project,especially the development of vocational education,which has become a hot spot of social concern.The vigorous promotion and admiration of the “artisan spirit” shows that the state and society have put forward higher requirements for technicians.For the students of secondary vocational schools,most of them belong to the first-line technical workers,which is the backbone of ensuring the stable operation and sustainable development of the enterprises.Therefore,the vocational ability of secondary vocational students is not only related to their personal future,but also related to enterprises.Develop and influence the future of the country.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the vocational ability of China's secondary vocational students is lower than that of Germany,Japan,the United States and other developed countries.There is a big gap between the job-seeking ability and the level that secondary vocational students should have.In the process of judging the quality of secondary vocational students,professional ability is the most important measure.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to steadily promote the evaluation of vocational ability of secondary vocational college students.Since the government fully implemented the policy of vigorously developing vocational education,no matter the theoretical level or the practical level,it is one of the hot topics that the society pays attention to in order to conduct a comprehensive and true evaluation of the vocational ability of secondary vocational students.Based on the existing theoretical concepts,this paper makes a deep analysis of the evaluation methods and evaluation procedures of vocational ability of secondary vocational students by means of investigation and comparison,and combines with China's national conditions to construct a series of scientific and reasonable and feasible.The model and method of vocational ability assessment,and the third-grade students of the Mechanical and Electrical Department of Shenzhen Third Vocational and Technical School were selected as the research objectives of this paper,and the empirical analysis was carried out.Finally,the results of the evaluation were summarized and scientifically summarized.It is expected that the analysis and discussion results of this paper can provide a real and comprehensive reference for the research on the vocational ability assessment of secondary vocational students.
