With the rapid development of the Internet and the rise of 'Internet Plus',electronic commerce develops at an unprecedented speed in the fields of multiple industries,including the pharmaceutical industry.Based on the particularity of pharmaceutical industry and talent demand,many pharmaceutical vocational colleges and schools in China have set up Pharmaceutical E-Commerce majors or courses.As is shown in the curriculum of different colleges and schools,Pharmaceutical E-Commerce course is a cross-knowledge course,which is a combination of pharmaceutical knowledge,commercial knowledge and computer application skills.In the process of teaching practice,the author found that for the secondary vocational students with a weak background and learning ability,the theoretical knowledge of e-commerce is difficult to understand and master.On the other hand,what the enterprises need more is the staff with basic professional skills but not the research and development personnel.In order to solve this problem,the author aimed to design a special teaching model for the students to master skills and meet the demands of enterprises.Through literature review,survey and action researches,under the guidance of theory of education,vocational education and constructivism learning,and based on the "learning-enterprise practice" alternating teaching model,the author constructed the "teaching-learning-competing" teaching model supported by Mosoteach for secondary vocational schools,with the mobile platform Mosoteach as the teaching means,the competition as the evaluation method,and the practical teaching of Pharmaceutical E-Commerce as an example.The author also carried out further action researches,during which the rationality of the process design of this practical teaching model was explored,and the improvements were made about teaching plans,teaching processes,mobile teaching support,evaluation methods and etc.of the cloud classes.The construction and application of this teaching model provides a reference template for the e-commerce teaching in the Secondary vocational schools.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part mainly expounds the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and the expected result.The second part is the literature review.The third part is the design and discussion about the construction of the teaching model.The fourth part is about the action research of the construction of this teaching model including the analysis of existing problems,the teaching reflection and the improvements.The fifth part is the summary and future direction of this research.
