In recent years, the number of university graduates to rise year by year, we havethe data show that the year of2013will reach6.67million and when2015willamount to the6.91million, the employment of college students has become a concernof the whole society, with the economy of society development and the support by thegovernment policy, the serious situation of employment has eased to some extent, butthe employment structure is very prominent. On the one hand, some graduates can notfind jobs, many common management and civilian job seekers is greater than demand,so the employment competition is fierce; on the other hand, there are serious lack ofpeople with skilled and integrated fewer than application posts, resulting in theseenterprises " skilled worker shortage". Employment bears on the immediate interestsof the students and parents so it is the fundamental survival, at the same time is relatedto enterprise development motivation and the direction of the development ofeducation in China, taken above all into consideration, if we want to solve theproblem of employment, the key to solve the contradiction of employment structure.Talents training mode hysteresis is one of the reasons about today’s employmentstructural contradictions, To solve the problem of higher vocational education and thebusiness of the contradiction of talent type does not match, companies shouldparticipate in the school talent culture, in this way can schools and businesses usetheir own advantages into full play in personnel training. Because the society lack ofskilled person, the community school need develop such a talent, the enterpriseshould joint with the school culture,only by this way can solve the problem of talent,in this case the higher vocational education for school-enterprise cooperation modelhas become popular, and in all the common efforts,by learn from the successfulexperience and develop policies to meet the development needs of the times to perfectthis mode.With the development of higher vocational education rapidly in China,which,asthe key to highlight the characteristics of Higher Vocational Education--theschool-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Talents Training of greatsignificance,has become the focus of reform and development of higher vocationaleducation,caused widespread concern in society.However,for school-enterprisecooperation in Higher Vocational College sand enterprises,whether it is,whether it isrecognized or specific practice in theory,there are still many problems.How toovercome the difficulties existing in traditional school-enterprise cooperation,realize the model of school-enterprise cooperation breakthrough,is anew issue to beresolved.This thesis study from the comprehensive,in-depth analysis of the problemsin our higher vocational education in school-enterprise cooperation on the start,bydrawing the successful running of school-enterprise cooperation experience ofdeveloped countries,uses the SWOT model to analyze China’s cooperation with theexisting advantages,disadvantages and the external environment,combined with theactual situation in China and deposit,study how to innovate the school-enterprisecooperation in Higher Vocational Education in our country,and put forward topromote school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education policymeasures,in order to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation in Higher VocationalEducation in a limited range,so that the development of better services for localeconomy and social undertakings.
