China's micro-courses has developed rapidly,but there are not many studies on junior high school biology experiment micro-courses,furthermore,it is difficult to meet the needs of daily teaching.At present,there are still many factors restricting the smooth progress of biological experiment teaching in junior high school,which makes a certain gap between reality and ideal.Based on the existing micro-courses research,this paper explores the design and production of junior high school biology experiment micro-courses,and applies the well-made micro-courses to junior high school biology teaching,and evaluates the effects after application.In this study,interview method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis methodwere used to investigate and analyze the current situation of junior high school biology micro-courses.The results of the student survey indicated that students are very interested in multimedia teaching and micro-courses,but the frequency of teachers using micro-courses is not high;combined with teacher interviews,it was found that teachers have difficulties in acquiring micro-course production techniques and resources;The case study of the junior high school biological experiment found that the existing junior high school biology experiment micro-course has unclear teaching objectives and lacks experimental demonstrations.Combine the above presented issues and reference to the principles,patterns and processes of micro-course design and production,the design principles and production modes of junior high school biology experiment micro-courses were formulated.The production process of the junior high school biology experiment micro-course was divided into four sections: topic selection,pre-preparation,script design,micro-course recording and editing.“The Master of Wan Cai Animation”was selected as the main production tool to make the micro-course.Four micro-courses were designed and produced,"Understanding Microscope","Practice Using a Microscope","Making and Observing temporary pack piece of Epidermal Cells in Onion Scale Leaves" and "Observing Human Oral Epithelial Cells" as Examples of Microscopic Observation Experiments And show the content of the micro-course in the form of a chart.The teaching design was carried out for different micro-course courses,and the mixed mode was used for teaching practice.The questionnaires were used to obtain the feedback information of students from four dimensions: teaching effect,education,technicality and suggestions for micro-courses.The results of practice showed that the whole process of making micro-courses was clear and smooth through the rational design of the micro-course production process and the selection of the appropriate production software “The Master of Wan Cai Animation”,which can provide a certain reference for the first-line teachers to produce micro-courses;The application of the experimental micro-courses in teaching can make the teaching methods more flexible,improve students' interest in biological experiments,and contribute to biological experiment teaching,which provides a reference for the application of micro-courses in junior high school biology teaching.
