High school ideological and political course is strong in theory,covering a wide range of students difficult to understand.In order to improve the quality of teaching,ideological and political course teachers must do a good job in teaching design in advance.Fully implement the requirements of new and high efficiency make the politics class is full of vigor and vitality,and promote students' three-dimensional teaching target.In this paper,based on the existing in the educational research and combining with my teaching experience in the high school.I decide to choose the "government's responsibility: responsible for the people" in the politic life as an example of teaching design research,and carries on the practice in actual class teaching,to explore how to make the teaching more efficiency.Based on the basic concepts and components of instructional design,this paper conducts a comprehensive study on instructional design,mainly including the following four aspects:The first part is the basic overview of instructional design,including its connotation,significance,problems and countermeasures.Class teaching design is the comprehensive use of teaching elements,the scientific collocation of its formation of a more systematic and perfect design scheme.It reflects the teacher's ability and quality to some tent.Teaching design is generally divided into four steps: front-end analysis of teaching,establishment of teaching objectives,organization of teaching materials,and design of teaching process.Studying teaching design is helpful to grasp the requirements of new curriculum standards and improve the effectiveness of teaching design.It is helpful for teachers to renew their ideas and improve their teaching ability.It is beneficial to keep pace with The Times and promote the further development of teaching design.The second part is the initial design of "the responsibility of the government: to the people",including the principles,basis and design scheme of teaching design.Teaching design should follow five principles: to achieve the integration of "three-dimensional" goals.Respect the students' subject status and pay attention to their development.Improving the way of teaching and learning.Creating problem situations and activity-oriented courses.The teaching design is based on the teachingtheory of education,the ideological and political curriculum standards in 2017,the content of teaching materials and the situation of students.On this basis,the three-dimensional goal of the frame topic "government responsibility: responsible to the people" is formulated,and teaching methods such as content explanation method,visual demonstration method and group discussion method are used to carry out the teaching activity design.The third part is on "the government's responsibility: responsible to the people" the teaching design reflection and the consummation.According to the teaching design,I implement it in my class.Through the feedback of students,my own thinking and the guidance of senior teachers,I found myself with the following problems: lack of lifelike lead-in,too much concentration of questioning and insufficient preparation before class.After reflection and consideration,as well as the modification of the above questions,the teaching design is improved again.Interspersed with the teacher's explanation and guidance,it help students better understand.I assign class activities to improve class efficiency.After the revision,I observed the students' reaction through the teaching situation in another class,and found that it was greatly improved compared with the initial teaching design.Students pay more attention to the content of course,and the classroom atmosphere becomes more active,so the classroom efficiency has been greatly improved,and the teaching objectives can be better achieved.The fourth part is on improving the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching design of high school thinking.Combined with the practice of the two times before and after the teaching design and the reflection on the exposed problems,I summarize four lessons about the high school ideological and political course teaching design experience in the following.Firstly,in order to form a good teaching design,we must deal with the relationship between teachers and students properly,and really regard students as the main body.Then,on the basis of proficient teaching materials,we should carefully study the curriculum standards,and accurately grasp the requirements of the curriculum standards.Secondly,we could actively expand extracurricular resources,and enrich the content of teaching materials.Finally,vivid cases can be used to carry out life-style teaching close to students' life,so as to improve students' ability to combine theory with practice.On the basis of the above discussion,the content of the textbook can be scientifically and rationally organized and designed.
