| Educational supervision refers to the activities of supervising,inspecting,guiding and evaluating educational administrative departments and educational institutions at all levels in accordance with the national educational policies and regulations.In recent years,the development of China’s education supervision system is in full swing,the country has issued the "Education supervision Regulations","primary and secondary schools responsible supervision listing supervision measures","supervision management interim measures" and other documents to promote its implementation.In the course of the vigorous development of educational supervision,there are certain problems,especially the construction of the supervision team.Whether the educational supervision system can be carried out smoothly is inevitably related to the quality level of the educational supervision team.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the construction of education supervision team.In this study,Y District in eastern Zhejiang Province was selected as the research object.The method of combining literature research,interview survey and questionnaire survey was adopted to deeply understand the development situation of education supervision team building in Y District,dig out the existing problems and discuss the promotion strategies of education supervision team building.Y district is located in the economically developed eastern coastal zone of China,and its political,economic,cultural and educational policies follow closely the national situation.The development of its educational supervision system is representative.The selection of Y District for research has the effect of "looking at a few to know the whole,and looking at the whole situation in a corner".The education supervision team is composed of supervisors who carry out supervision activities.How to select supervisors? What are the selection criteria? How to manage after hiring? These problems are related to the overall quality of the education supervision team.From the perspective of human resource management theory,this study analyzes the setting of education supervision organization in District Y,the composition of supervision team,the recruitment and configuration of supervision,training management,performance assessment,remuneration and other aspects.Through this study,it is found that the education supervision team in District Y has some problems,such as insufficient number of school supervisors,older average age,lower educational level,lower salary and inadequate training.Based on these problems,the corresponding promotion strategies are proposed,including increasing the number of supervisors,perfecting the supervision employment system,optimizing the supervision training system,improving the supervision pay,and realizing the professional development of the team.Looking at the Y area at the same time,also noticed that the similar problems in other areas of the same in our country,and part of the problem due to the district(county)level limited the power of the government is difficult to be effectively solved,thus at the national level,to our country’s team,are put forward on the future development of education supervision in sporadic contribution to the prosperity of our country education supervision enterprise. |
