Research On The Construction Of School Physical Education Supervision And Evaluation System In The Stage Of Compulsory Education In The New Era

In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the construction of a "healthy China",the importance of school sports development has become increasingly prominent,and school sports supervision and evaluation has also received more attention.At the same time,the issuance of Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Educational Supervision System and Mechanism in the New Era and the issuance of the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)put forward higher and more comprehensive requirements for school physical education and sports supervision and evaluation.Research purposes: To provide normative guidance for the smooth promotion of school sports supervision and evaluation,promote the standardized and efficient development of school sports supervision and evaluation,and research and build a school sports supervision and evaluation system that meets the development needs of the new era of compulsory education.Research methods: Through the analysis,comparison and summary of literature and research methods,the necessity of constructing the indicators of the school sports supervision and evaluation system in the new era of compulsory education was studied,and the indicator design and innovation of the supervision and evaluation system were analyzed;Clarify the objectives,objects and methods of the evaluation system.Through Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics method,the evaluation indexes such as overall management,education and teaching,condition guarantee,evaluation examination and physical health are specifically analyzed to determine the weight of each index.Research content: This research mainly starts from the current situation of the development of school sports supervision and evaluation work in the compulsory education stage,according to the theoretical content of Opinions on Overall Strengthening and Improving School Sports Work in the New Era,Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Educational Supervision System and Mechanism in the New Era,and the Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),on the basis of the existing supervision and evaluation system,build a new era It is applicable to the school sports supervision and evaluation system at the stage of compulsory education.Research conclusions: The newly constructed system has five first level indicators,among which the weight of physical health is higher;In the secondary indicators,the weight of physical examination and health work is also high;The physical examination rate of middle school students in the third level indicators has a high weight.Through the evaluation,the practice effect is relatively ideal,which is in line with the current school physical education practice.
