The Practical Exploration Of Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Culture Old-age Care

China is in the period of rapid economic development,the infrastructure is constantly improved,the living standard of the elderly in urban communities is constantly improving,and began to pursue a higher level of old-age care.Cultural old-age support is a new way of providing for the elderly,which plays an important role in the promotion of the elderly's happiness in their old age.Social workers use professional helping methods to carry out community cultural activities,which have professional advantages and to a certain extent promote the development of urban community cultural old-age service.This paper investigates and studies the four districts under the jurisdiction of the neighborhood Committee of Shenzhen H Community to provide the elderly with professional services for the aged,including entertainment and leisure,emotional exchange,social communication and cultural education.In the aspects of health management,the aim is to provide various service activities for the elderly,to enhance the community participation of the elderly,to have a more positive and healthy mental state,and to improve the happiness of the elderly in their old age.Based on the theory of active aging and social support,this paper analyzes the status quo of H community culture in Shenzhen city by means of observation and interview.It is found that with the improvement of urban elderly's cultural quality and living standard,the demand for cultural old-age support is more and more intense.However,due to the weakening of the traditional family cultural support for the elderly,the small range of cultural pension groups,the lack of professional social workers to carry out cultural pension service activities,and the weak professional management of community cultural organizations,and so on,The development of community cultural old-age support can not meet the needs of the elderly.The author applies the professional methods of community work and group work for H Society.District elderly provide services to meet the needs of the elderly in H community culture.At the same time,we hope to make up for the deficiency of the old-agesystem of community culture,and give full play to the positive role of social work in the service of urban community culture.Finally,the author thinks that the construction of "cultural community" is very important to the construction of "cultural community",such as raising the attention of residents to the cultural old-age,expanding the supporting network of cultural old-age support,improving the awareness of social work,optimizing the cultural environment of the community,and so on.
