There are already some research documents about classroom management of Southeast Asia,especially for Thailand.But there are few studies on classroom management in the Philippines at present,and these studies are almost one-sided management materials for the Chinese teachers in the Philippine teaching.The author has the honor to be selected by the Hanban to become a member of the Philippine volunteers.Through the field study of the classroom management of the Chinese Middle School in Xianyue,Yishui,and the collection of first-hand information,the author put forward his own thinking and solutions to the problems in the Chinese classroom management of the Chinese Middle School in Xianyue,Philippines.The classroom management study in the Philippines will also provide examples of their own findings.The author started the paper from five sections.The introduction mainly introduces the reasons and significance of the topic selection,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and related concepts of classroom management.Briefly review the status of classroom management research.The first chapter introduces the general situation of Zhonghua Middle School in Xianyue,Philippines,including the campus environment,Chinese language curriculum,teachers,and students' Chinese proficiency.It briefly explains the teaching situation of the Chinese Middle School in Xianyue,Philippines.The second chapter analyzes the management situation of Zhonghua Middle School in Xianyue,Philippines,including the case of teacher problems,the case of student problems,the case of classroom environmental management,and the case of building classroom atmosphere.The third chapter analyzes the causes of the cases in Chapter 2,because teachers and students are the main body of classroom management,so the cause analysis mainly focuses on these two aspects.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions for the classroom management of Zhonghua Middle School in Xianyue,Philippines.It proposes improvement suggestions from the aspects ofteachers,teaching,students and the environment.
