As an important part of the evaluation of college teachers' teaching,college students' evaluation of teaching plays a vital role in guaranteeing the quality of teaching and the quality of personnel training.At present,with the continuous development of students' evaluation of teaching,the theoretical research on students' evaluation of teaching at home and abroad is more and more in-depth and diverse.However,in terms of the actual operation status of students' evaluation of teaching in China,there are still many problems to be solved in student evaluation.One of the main problems is that the evaluation of students in colleges and universities in China is largely carried out under the leadership of the teaching administrators.This leads to the marginalization of the power of teachers and students in the process of student evaluation,especially as a student evaluation.The subject's rights and interests are not effectively protected,which will affect students' attitudes and behaviors towards evaluation,and will have a certain degree of influence on the effectiveness of students' evaluation.Student evaluation is a complicated process.The smooth development of students requires the mutual cooperation and mutual restraint of the three major stakeholders of students,teachers and teaching administrators.Among them,students have always existed as students throughout the evaluation of teaching.Irreplaceable.Therefore,this thesis conducts an in-depth study of college students' evaluation of teaching from the perspective of student power.Based on the discussion of the theoretical connotation and realization mechanism of students' power in college students' evaluation of teaching,the evaluation methods of college students through questionnaires and interviews In the process,the status quo of student power is investigated,and the problems of students' evaluation of teaching are considered and reflected from the theoretical and practical levels,and targeted improvement measures are proposed.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background,purpose,significance,main content and methods of the research,and summarizes the theory and current situation of students' evaluation of teaching in the domestic and foreign literatures.The second part is the college students from the perspective of student power.The theoretical basis of evaluation is mainly to clarify the related concepts of students' evaluation of teaching and student power,as well as to discuss the theoretical connotation and realization mechanism of college students' evaluation of middle school students' power,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the next situation analysis and countermeasure research.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of college students' evaluation of teaching from the perspective of student power,including four aspects: survey profile,current situation elaboration,problem inquiry and cause analysis.The fourth part is the improvement strategy of college students' evaluation of teaching from the perspective of student power.It mainly proposes improvement measures for the problems and causes in the third part from the three levels of college administrators,teachers and students' consciousness,school system and students' individual ability.Through the research,we can draw the following three conclusions: First,whether the power of college students in the process of students' evaluation of teaching can be properly guaranteed and highlighted will change students' perceptions and attitudes towards evaluation,and then to some extent,students' evaluation The effect and quality of teaching have an impact;secondly,the current situation of college students' evaluation in China is generally neglected in the actual operation,especially the lack of attention to the empowerment and protection of students in evaluation.Third,from From the perspective of student power,it is necessary to think about how to improve the effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching.The improvement of the quality of students' evaluation of teaching based on student power requires the joint efforts and coordination of teachers,students and teaching administrators.Realized.
