With the tide of higher education development and reform,the quality of teaching has been attached great importance.Students of teaching evaluation has been as an important measure of the teaching quality assurance of universities for nearly 40 years,and so widely spread that it has been adopted by the major universities in China.However,many practical problems,such as the distortion of teaching evaluation results and the lack of obvious effect of teaching evaluation on improving teaching quality,have not been solved,so it is still worth studying.At present,domestic and foreign scholars' research on students' teaching evaluation is scattered,and mostly from the perspective of managers to analyze how students' teaching evaluation should be carried out,and lack of research on students' teaching evaluation system,especially lack of attention to "students" in "students' teaching evaluation",so the research results are limited.In view of this,this study takes the student-oriented teaching evaluation mechanism of students in universities as the research object on the existing research results and relevant theories.Proving the proposition and appropriateness of"student-oriented",and providing a theoretical basis for the follow-up investigation of the current situation of teaching evaluation mechanism for college students.At the same time,the undergraduate students are as the overall survey on the basis of the questionnaire,stratified sampling,statistical analysis,measurement model and other tools to carry out empirical analysis of the sample data and statistical inference,to reveal the current situation of students' teaching evaluation and action path of students' teaching evaluation mechanism and analyze its existence predicament.The main empirical conclusions of this study are summarized as follows.Firstly,in general,students' teaching evaluation presents lack of orientation,and the function of each element of teaching evaluation mechanism has not displayed,leading to the failure of teaching evaluation mechanism.The establishment of teaching evaluation mechanism for students has an impact.Secondly,students of different grades,major types and academic self-evaluation have different views on the evaluation of teaching from cognitive students to students of natural characteristics,which reflects the complexity and limited rationality of students' main body.Thirdly,the empirical analysis shows that the current student evaluation mechanism is mainly composed of"evaluation subject","evaluation index","evaluation implementation" and"evaluation result".These four elements interact with each other and jointly affect the establishment of the evaluation mechanism for students.Fourthly,the subject of evaluation teaching first affects the establishment of students' teaching evaluation mechanism,and will directly affect the function of other elements.Based on the survey results and empirical analysis,combined with the actual situation of students' teaching evaluation in universities,concluding some practical difficulties in students' teaching evaluation mechanism:firstly,contradictions between concept orientation and actual operation;secondly,not fully guaranteed right to participate and know;thirdly,imbalance evaluation indicators setting;fourthly,not scientific process arrangement of teaching evaluation implementation;fifthly,some deviation in the application of evaluation results.Based on the investigation of the current situation and the analysis of the predicament,combing out the proper connotation and the essential characteristics of democracy,development and moderation.And then clarifying the basic ideas of reconstruction:firstly,to carry out the evaluation value orientation of"student-oriented";secondly,to guarantee the right of the subject;thirdly,to balance the evaluation index system and give full play to the positive functin of the evaluation index;fourthly,to improve the organization of and reflect the status of the students in the implementation;fifthly,to improve the evaluation function.Finally,in the above analysis,Based on three core of "student-oriented" OBE concept,results-oriented,continuous improvement,putting forward a targeted operational plan by applying strategies to reconstruct the teaching evaluation mechanism for students from their teaching evaluation of power guarantee,content and index design,process and method optimization and results.
