As an important system of teaching evaluation, student evaluation of teacher has attracted a great deal of attention since it was introduced into our country. Colleges are put it as one of the management system. Student evaluation of teaching plays an important teaching evaluation. It plays a large role whether to the management of the colleges or to motivate teachers’ activities. But with the change of the times, the current student evaluation exposed some problems. The emergence of these problems are directly related to the stakeholders-- the students and teachers. In this connection, The auther take teachers –the stakeholders of student evaluation of teaching as the study’s object to study the problems of the student evaluation of teaching system based on the demand of teachers.The study takes teachers’ demand as the breakthrough point, Using the method of questionnaire to collect the 1031 samples of the X University.The research’s result shows that the main problems of the college student evaluation of teaching system is as follows: Take the summative evaluation seriously and neglect the formative evaluation; The content of the student evaluation of teaching emphasis on the teaching methods and teaching effect too much and the content of the student evaluation of teaching doesn’t pay attention to the whole process of teaching; The way of the student evaluation of teaching is too single and lack of diversity; The time of the student evaluation of teaching lacks reasonable; Teachers do not recognize the index of the student evaluation of teaching; The result of the student evaluation of teaching is not objective, the feedback information is not comprehensive and lack of elaborating.The main reasons for the problems are as follows: Managers treat the student evaluation of teaching always from the perspective of management; Lack of guidance of the theory of the student evaluation of the teaching and the method of the student evaluation of teaching; The online way of the student evaluation of teaching need combine with other way of the student evaluation of teaching;The index of the student evaluation of teaching lack scientific has flaws;The formulation of the student evaluation of teaching index system ignores teachers’ participation.Aiming at these problems, to give full play to the role of the student evaluation of teaching system, the research countermeasures is as follows: Take the development of teaching as the goal of the student evaluation of teaching; Improve the organization of the student evaluation of teaching and configurate professor about teaching evaluation; To build the more scientific and reasonable index system of the student evaluation of teaching; Arrange the time of the student evaluation of teaching and the way of student evaluation of teaching reasonably; Establish and improve the result of the student evaluation of teaching feedback mechanism; Use the result of the student evaluation of teaching fully and reasonably; develop the adjunct to the student evaluation of teaching and make the evaluation of teaching more objective.
