Today,countries are interconnected and interdependent with opportunities and challenges facing all societies under the background of economic globalization,cultural diversity and political complexity.Those including opportunity-challenge and many problems have posed new challenges to the global educational situation.With the general core of "fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people" coming up since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China's educators rethink what kind of education can reflect the care and shaping of "people".As music education researchers,we have the obligation and responsibility to discuss and study what music education can do for people's free development and happy life.Music education in primary school has been undertaking the important task of "aesthetic education" as the beginning of the whole music learning process for human being."Taking aesthetics as the core" has been the central goal of music curriculum and becomes the response of music curriculum to "aesthetic education" since the 21 st century.Now we see that the primary school music education is all about "aesthetic education",but what we still do is to cover and accumulate knowledge and skills even though 20 years has been passed.The meaning of music education for the growth and life of primary school students is rarely squeezed,at the same time,much more value of music education is ignored,which is related to "educating people".The thesis studies the primary school singing curriculum objectives in the perspective of "educating" from the guidance of singing course content,teaching,and evaluation of the course objectives taking the most important singing lesson in the music course of primary school as the starting point of the research.In fact,the core of this thesis is the key issue that the implementation of the current primary school singing curriculum goals reflects the ignorance of "people" education,and we should get the primary school singing curriculum goals from the perspective of "education".There are 5 parts in this article.The introduction includes the basis of topicselection,research significance,literature review,related concept,researching contend and researching methods.The first chapter explores the theoretical connotation of the curriculum goal of singing in primary schools.It summarizes the changes and reforming directions of the curriculum goal of singing in primary schools in China,through longitudinal analysis of the curriculum goal of singing in primary schools in China.The second chapter is an overall investigation of singing classes in primary schools,which covers the teaching records,student-teacher questionnaires of singing classes in three primary schools among three districts of Beijing.According to the results of the previous chapter,the third chapter investigates the implementation of primary school singing curriculum objectives.Chapter four discusses the educational value of singing curriculum and continues to analyze the lack of education in primary school singing class.At last,this paper re-understands the curriculum objectives,and explains how to implement the curriculum objectives of primary school singing lessons from the perspective of "educating people".The conclusion of thesis is that we can change the current situation of more attention on knowledge-skill objectives radically,and find more value of primary school music education in the singing curriculum,then reach the goal of education what is for the all-round development of people,if we re-understand and implement the curriculum objectives of primary school singing class standing on the side of education.
