Taking 841 graduates from Nanjing University as samples,this study explores the influencing factors of interdisciplinary graduates learning satisfaction,the differences of learning satisfaction among different kinds of interdisciplinary graduates and the underlying reasons through questionnaires and interviews.The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of interdisciplinary graduates in Nanjing University,and to provide reasonable suggestions for serving the establishment and improvement of interdisciplinary rules and regulationsThrough literature review and theoretical inquiry,this study sets the learning satisfaction of interdisciplinary graduates as five dimensions:course teaching satisfaction,scientific research and training satisfaction,tutor guidance satisfaction,management service satisfaction and student development satisfaction.The influencing factors of interdisciplinary graduates learning satisfaction are assumed to be interest in learning,teacher-student relationship,student leaders experience,general self-efficacy and learning engagement.Through descriptive statistics,variance analysis,regression analysis and interviews,this study draws four conclusions:firstly,satisfaction of interdisciplinary graduates is higher;secondly,there are disciplines differences in interdisciplinary graduates learning satisfaction;thirdly,grade,undergraduate colleges affect learning satisfaction of interdisciplina ry graduates.Fou rthly,learning engagement,teacher-student relationship,interest in learning and general self-efficacy can significantly affect learning satisfaction of interdisciplinary graduates.Finally,this study puts forward suggestions in three aspects:government,graduates and universities.From the perspective of government,firstly,we should establish rules and regulations of interdisciplinary graduates,taking into account the differences between disciplines;secondly,we should do more education publicity.From the perspective of graduates,firstly,take various measures to improve the learning engagement and general self-efficacy;secondly,choose graduate program based on interest.From the perspective of universities,firstly,give full play to the guiding role of the tutor;secondly,formulate interdisciplinary graduate training program based on universities'conditions.
