From the development trend of higher education in the world,the level of graduate education is an important index to measure the quality of higher education.Focusing on deepening the reform of graduate training mode and improving the quality of graduate training has become an important task for graduate training units in China.At present,with the increasing scale of master's students with interdisciplinary background,it is becoming more and more important to pay close attention to the learning investment status of master's students with interdisciplinary background.Some students are faced with bottleneck problems such as mismatch of their own knowledge structure,weak subject knowledge and difficulty in actively investing in learning.In other words,this has also become a dilemma that needs to be broken through to improve the quality of graduate talent training.Based on this,this study further goes deep into the micro level of education to examine the related problems of learning investment of master students with interdisciplinary background.This study uses the method of in-depth interview to explore the pattern of learning input of master's students with interdisciplinary background.It is found that the performance of learning input of master's students with interdisciplinary background is deeply analyzed from the three dimensions of behavioral input,cognitive input and emotional input,and the students are presented as "hesitating people with separated disciplinary background" "Followers of mediocrity entering new disciplines" and "integrators of discipline horizon integration" are three different types of learning investment of master students with interdisciplinary background,and then explain the reasons for learning investment of master students with interdisciplinary background from two aspects of self selection and social norms.The study found that the main factors affecting learning investment of master students with interdisciplinary background are: individual learning beliefs,learning attitudes Perceived behavior control and learning intention are influenced by tutor guidance,peer atmosphere and school support in the level of social norms.Finally,based on the empirical investigation,this study further attempts to explore the feasible strategies to improve the learning investment of master students with interdisciplinary background.First of all,we should cultivate students' interdisciplinary learning beliefs,and then we should give students reasonable feedback from the interdisciplinary level.Second,we should cultivate students' learning ability,and we should cultivate their interdisciplinary learning attitude.Second,we should give students reasonable feedback from the interdisciplinary level.Third,we should cultivate students' learning value,Stimulate students' willingness to invest in interdisciplinary learning.Second,from the perspective of social norms: first,we need to strengthen the guidance of tutors and build a harmonious relationship between tutors and students.Secondly,we should break the discipline boundary and establish a peer cooperation community.Finally,we should optimize school management and strengthen diversified training.
