A Survey Of The Satisfaction Of Primary And Secondary School Students To Science And Technology Museum And The Research On The Countermeasures

Among the ways to improve the scientific and cultural quality of our citizens,the science popularization work of the science and technology museum is undoubtedly a very important part.In recent years,science and technology museums in Shandong Province have developed rapidly.Many new science and technology museums are opening to the public,and the public's interest in science and technology museums has became increasingly strong.Among people visiting the science and technology museum,the primary and secondary school students,who are in urgent need of popular science education,their feelings and satisfaction with the science and technology museum are also factors that can not be ignored in the development of the science and technology museum.The innovation of this paper is to select the group of primary and secondary school students who benefit most from visiting the science and technology museum and have the deepest influence,because the promotion of their scientific and cultural literacy is the most important thing to pay attention to.The idea of this paper is to accurately understand the group's satisfaction with the science and technology museum and their expectations for the future development of the science and technology museum through questionnaires and field interviews,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures through scientific analysis.Firstly,the paper gives a brief introduction to the background and process of the study.Taking the primary and secondary school visitors of Shandong Science and Technology Museum are the object of study,it conducts a questionnaire survey,and the study focus on the basic situation,motivation,satisfaction and harvest of the primary and secondary school visitors,and draws the following results.(1)Most of the visitors are primary and secondary school students in shandong province.The male students account for a larger proportion.Most of the visitors are under 13 years old,and their scores are in the top 20% of the class.(2)Increasing knowledge and expanding knowledge account for the largest proportion of motivation,while friends suggestions and accidental factors accounted for the least.(3)In terms of the satisfaction of exhibits,the richness of exhibits is the most satisfactory,while the satisfaction of the exhibits in answering questions in life is slightly insufficient.In terms of satisfaction with the environment and public services,the staff's attitude,the overall environment and the theme of the exhibition area are highly satisfactory,while the rationality of tour routes and layout still needs to be improved.(4)Tourists from primary and secondary schools have a higher overall satisfaction with the science and technology museum,but they are generally satisfied with the suitability of the science and technology museum for their age.For the harvest,most people think that visiting can improve the quality of science and culture,open up thinking and enhance interest.Finally,based on the above findings,the countermeasures are put forward:(1)Enhance the richness,diversity and advancement of exhibits,and increase the elements related to life and local characteristics.(2)Increase the characteristic exhibition area,increase the frequency of exhibit renewal,and enhance the health and safety of the exhibition area.(3)Increase the number of dedicated line vehicles,access to information channels,public area rest places and staff.
