Research On The Measurement And Influence Of Talent Gather In The Center Cities Of Metropolitan Areas

Throughout the world,although many Chinese and foreign cities have taken introducing,retaining and making good use of talents at all levels as an important lever of innovation-driven development strategy,it is an indisputable fact that talent agglomeration in metropolitan areas at an accelerating trend.For revealing the city innovation ecosystem and differentiation to promote the technology innovation agglomeration force causes,this paper analyzes the factors affecting talent agglomeration in 18 central cities of metropolitan areas in China,has done the following work:(1)Constructing assessment system of factors affecting talent agglomeration in the central cities of metropolitan areas.The real estate is the carrier of the city,the development and construction of the city is the optimization of the real estate structure.From the perspective of urban hard structure and soft factors,this paper constructs a assessment system of factors affecting talent agglomeration in the central cities of metropolitan areas,which includes economic potential energy,innovation input and real estate structure and twenty-six impact factors.It is the perfection of the research on the assessment system of the factors affecting talent agglomeration in the central cities of metropolitan areas and the economic effect of real estate.(2)Calculating the talent concentration of central cities.By analyzing the talent new policies issued by central cities,this paper defines talents as employees engaged in computer service,software industry,financial industry,scientific research and other six industries and combines the methods of various scholars to measure talent concentration,more in line with the objective actual situation.And use ArcGIS10.2 to divide the talent concentration of each central city into three levels in 2016.(3)Constructing quantitative relationship of factors affecting talent agglomeration in the central cities of metropolitan areas.This paper analyzes the factors affecting talent agglomeration by the entropy method and random effect model.It is concluded that the economic potential energy,innovation input and real estate structure of those central cities have positive but different influence on talent agglomeration.In addition,when other conditions remain unchanged,talent concentration will increase by the unit of 0.52,0.34 and 0.15 with the augment of 1 unit of real estate structure,innovation input and economic potential energy in central cities.The research conclusion of this paper provides decision-making reference basis for strengthening the talent gathering power and talent competition strength of the central cities of the metropolitan areas,and also has reference function for non-metropolitan cities,that is,it has certain decision-making reference value for the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy of Chinese cities.At the same time,it also provides a certain exploration basis for "research on dynamic equilibrium of urban real estate structure optimization and technological innovation agglomeration",and provides a certain decision-making basis for participants and managers of urban real estate,talent and other technological innovation factors market.
