The“Belt and Road”initiative is proposed and promoted by the Chinese government.Under the theme of the era of peace and development,we will actively strengthen exchanges and cooperation between China and relevant countries,and establish a community of political,economic,and cultural interactions and mutual tolerance.Under such a vision,it is particularly important to promote the national sports culture of China to have a place on the international stage,and to establish a systematic pattern of protection and promotion of national sports culture.The Haixi She folk sports cultural heritage corridor coincides with such a vision.The study on the construction of the Haixi She folk sports cultural heritage corridor under the “Belt and Road” perspective can not only protect the Haixi She folk sports culture systematically and integrally,but also realize the Haixi She folk sports culture.Continue to develop.This paper mainly uses the literature data,inductive summarization,field investigation,expert interviews,and other research methods to analyze the construction of the Haixi She folk sports cultural heritage corridor under the vision of “Belt and Road”,which is intended to be a folk sport of the She people in the new period.Provide advice on the protection and development of culture.This article is mainly divided into:The first chapter,starting from the " Belt and Road" important strategy,and the She people's folk sports culture going out,realizing the great development and prosperity of national culture,combined with the theory of heritage corridor,proposed to build Haixi under the "Belt and Road" vision.She folk sports cultural heritage corridor;The second chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the folk sports cultural heritage corridor of the Daixi in the "One Belt,One Road" strategy,and points out the principles and objectives.It is believed that the construction of the heritage corridor has important strategic value for inheriting the folk sports culture of the She people,carrying forward the national spirit,improving the national cultural soft power and realizing the regional economic development of the Haixi Dai people.The "One Belt,One Road" concept of the community of destiny,the strategic requirements of culture and the introduction of the national policy,the "Belt and Road" route design makes the construction of the Haixi She folk sports cultural heritage corridor feasible.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of the folk sports cultural resources of the Haixi She people on the basis of previous field investigations and literature review.It sorts out the geographical distribution of the Haixi She people and the current status of folk sports and sports festivals in the Haixi She folk sports cultural heritage.At the same time,it is pointed out that there are also the lack of special laws and regulations,the lack of regional protection cooperation mode,the insufficiency of the inheritor protection mechanism and the lack of public awareness.The fourth chapter,using the theory of heritage corridors,follows the principles of integrity,authenticity,coordination,continuity and the goal of conservation and development.The Haixi She folk sports cultural heritage corridor is constructed from three levels: expansion area,extension area and core area.It is proposed to divide the “One Belt and One Road” cultural exchange area for the different regional characteristics in the extension area,and the She folk sports festival area.,the ancient villages of the She nationality,the She folk sports exhibition area,five characteristic areas.And from the protection of the heritage,the establishment of the natural greenway,the organization of the interpretation system,and the series of transportation routes,the construction of the heritage corridor elements.The fifth chapter expounds the protection management and development of the folk sports cultural heritage corridor of the Haixi She people under the “Belt and Road” perspective.Analysis of issues identified in the previous period,from regulation development,regional cooperation,inheritance protection and popular participation.Combine the "One Belt,One Road" strategy,use cultural ties,broaden the communication channels,focus on the development of the government,tap the sports tourism resources,and propose personal development.
