Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Art Education In Remote Areas Of Jiangxi Province

Art education is an important source of a person's understanding and creation of beauty.There are many problems in the allocation of educational resources in rural art education and urban art education,which are particularly prominent in some underdeveloped or remote rural areas with inconvenient transportation,and in some remote areas of Western Jiangxi Province.By paying attention to and studying this problem,we can provide some ideas for relevant departments to solve it.Therefore,it is necessary to make a targeted investigation to arouse the attention of relevant departments,clearly improve the conditions of running such local schools,and at the same time improve the teaching level of all disciplines,including art subjects.In order to completely.Starting from ten places of teaching support in Jiangxi Normal University,this paper conducts research on this subject by means of investigation,interview and comparison.This paper investigates the problems existing in the art education in the remote areas of Jiangxi Province and makes a concrete analysis of the reasons.At the same time,it puts forward some ideas to improve the development of the art education in the remote areas of Jiangxi Province.That is,families,teachers and schools should renew their educational concepts.At the level of the art curriculum,it is necessary to innovate the teaching content,develop the textbooks with local characteristics,and at the level of teacher training and team building.The government can issue subsidies and strive to improve the professional identity and social status of teachers,improve the welfare and related policies of rural art teachers and other subject teachers,and attract university graduates to invest in art education in remote areas.At the level of education management,the state should focus on supporting remote areas in Jiangxi Province,increasing investment in funds,and the government should organize more training activities.Training and strengthening the professional skills of rural art teachers,the township should also organize more teacher skills contests to improve the professional skills of teachers,improve the status of art education in remote areas of Jiangxi.From the perspective of the problems existing in art education in remote areas of Jiangxi Province,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the causes.
