With the continuous development of higher vocational education and preschool education has been paid more and more attention,As the main force of preschool education,the living state of preschool education graduates has not been widely concerned.Therefore,it is necessary to study the living state of the graduates of higher vocational preschool education.By means of questionnaire survey,interview,and case study,this study randomly selected graduates from a higher vocational college in T city within 3 years of graduation.The questionnaire includes six dimensions: health status,treatment status,work status,interpersonal relationship,social status,and self-realization status of preschool graduates in higher vocational education.The results show that:1.The general living conditions of pre-school education graduates in higher vocational colleges are as follows: general physical condition,high psychological pressure;low salary and welfare;good working environment and heavy workload;good interpersonal relationship inside and outside the work;high professional prestige,but low economic status,lack of protection of rights;high sense of self-achievement,confidence in the future,but lack of learning ability.2.The survival status of pre-school education graduates with different demographic variables is as follows: there are significant differences in salary and working environment between different working years;there is no significant difference in the scores of pre-school teachers' qualification certificates in each variable;different types of work are gained in physical health,welfare,external relations,professional prestige,rights and status.There are significant differences in the scores;there are significant differences in the working environment and the opportunity of continuing learning for different job types;there are significant differences in the salary,working environment and the opportunity of continuing learning for different positions.3.The living conditions of different types of pre-school education graduates inhigher vocational colleges are as follows: the overall living conditions of the graduates who are engaged in early childhood education,with advanced education,and who are converted from early childhood education are relatively ideal,but the living conditions of the graduates who are unemployed at home are not good,their health is general,they have no financial source,their living expenses are paid by their parents,they get along well with their parents and friends,but they feel that they live in their own homes.Home unemployment will be despised,the knowledge learned in university has not been used,personal achievement is low.Based on the results of the above studies,the researchers discussed the reasons from four aspects: graduates themselves,higher vocational colleges,employers,and governments,and put forward targeted suggestions and measures.
