Analysis Of Countermeasures And The Factors Affecting The Employment Ability Of Higher Vocational College Graduates

The growth of Higher vocational employment is attributed to the development of higher occupation education policy. Its’ employment problem has caused the widespread attention of the society. The employment rate is the lifeblood of the school, especially in vocational colleges."Employment" is an important intersection between universities, society and students, while the students are main carrier. The student employability decides the employment rate. The employability proportional to the employment rate, employment ability is stronger, and the degree of social recognition is higher. Although many vocational colleges premise to improve the quality of teaching by professional personnel training and the employment rate has greatly improved. And the premise of higher vocational graduates accounted for the total number of college graduates has increased year by year. But there are still many college graduates facing employment difficulties. So how to improve the employability is the key to solve the employment of College Graduates. Employment of students in vocational colleges cannot solely rely on the colleges. Colleges must explore a new way to improve the student employability and competitiveness in the job market. Then how to cultivate students’employability is the most important question in vocational college education.The paper has used literature research, interdisciplinary research, questionnaire, quantitative methods and qualitative analysis to do the research. Through an extensive literature review, researching, collection of Chinese and foreign periodicals, books and the Internet, I begin to write the paper. Study on the employment ability of domestic and international analysis, proposed understanding of employability. On this basis, combined with the current situation of Chinese vocational colleges, taking Yunnan Jiao tong College in the city of Kunming as an example and I have designed questionnaires about the employability of Higher Vocational Students. Questionnaires were taken by the students and employers, through careful analysis, re-processing of the questionnaire, using comparison, the chart analysis method. By contrast, understand the present situation and the market demand for Higher Vocational Students’employability. Finally, we try to improve the employability of higher vocational students from the multi-angle training countermeasures. It is concluded that vocational colleges should be set from the courses. Orientation and personnel training methods should be taught to enhance their employability. The government should play a role in expenditures and policy support as well as macro-control. Companies as the biggest beneficiaries of the employment capacity, should be more active, positive and put more effort on employability of ascension. The students have to take the initiative to develop employability, and constantly improve themselves to have successful employments.
