| In this paper, using the method of literature, expert interviews, case study, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, teaching courses in public sports athletics undergraduate colleges and universities as the research object, with6universities in Fuzhou University city as the research object, through the investigation of6universities Fuzhou University city track and field teaching curriculum of public sports development present situation, found that the current track and field teaching curriculum development situation is not optimistic. Through the investigation and analysis of the current development restriction factor of track and field teaching course, and on this basis, put forward their own curriculum in Fuzhou University city to guarantee the sustainable development of track and field teaching some suggestions and countermeasures.Through investigation of the Fuzhou University city track and field teaching results:(1) at present, Fuzhou University City College Physical Education Teachers of Fujian Normal University in total abundance, there is still a gap of5other colleges and universities on the total. The teacher title structure equipped with a more perfect, scientific research quality of higher overall level of teachers.(2) Fuzhou University City Sports Teachers in the age structure with reasonable, physical education teachers in higher educational level.(3) teachers in this field has some shortages in the special structure, non professional teachers engaged in teaching of track and field. Athletics teacher gender proportion is unreasonable, female teachers there is a certain gap.(4) cannot track and field teaching classes to achieve the "three independent" requirements, the teaching content is too single mainly take the Orienteering instead of track and field teaching course. Teachers for teaching purpose failed to form a consensus, still too much emphasis on the physical quality training.(5) Fuzhou University city track and field teaching method still emphasizes the position of teachers as the subject, and the traditional teaching. Curriculum evaluation as the main body position for teachers, emphasis on skills, attendance, theory of knowledge.(6) students choose between motivation in the course of track and field, men and women to choose different orientation. Students are not satisfied with the teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation system.
