This paper takes Beijing University's support for the development of sports characteristics in primary schools as the research object,and selects Beijing Sports University and Capital Institute of Physical Education to support the development of sports characteristics in primary schools as the object of investigation,through literature and data methods,interviews,questionnaires,field trips,and mathematics.Statistical methods and logic analysis methods were used to study.Interview method and questionnaire survey method are important research methods in this paper.19 experts were interviewed before and after,and part-time teachers,primary school physical education teachers,and primary school students participated in the project through four questionnaires.The four parents of the students collected feedback from each level on the project development,and paid attention to the feelings of the service subject.The investigation was carried out from the aspects of implementation and evaluation feedback,and the project policy requirements were investigated and analyzed,aiming at future projects.Provide reference for the construction and development,and draw the following conclusions:1.The participation of Beijing universities in the implementation of primary school sports development projects is in line with the policy guidelines,and basically meets the policy objectives,and the target achievement is over 85%.The organizational functions of colleges and universities are clear and the system is perfect.This innovative and exploratory education reform project has been well received and supported by beneficiaries.2.The two universities have made steady progress in the construction of the "Five Tasks" layout,offering curricula and rolling development,combining with the general direction of the development of primary school characteristics,which conforms to the policy direction,but in the specific implementation process,somedetails need to be further refined and perfected.3.Beijing colleges and universities participated in the development of primary school sports development projects,mainly the lack of supervision and management of part-time teachers,lack of unified reward and punishment mechanism;lack of evaluation mechanism for students,courses,part-time teachers;part-time teachers and university teachers role deviation;Equipment management confusion and insufficient communication.
