Part-time Job As A Postgraduate In Beijing Sports University Research On The Influence Of Career Expectation

Along with the national fitness popularization and health in China construction,the state introduced some sports policy documents,such as the state council document no.46 "about speed up the development of sports industry,promote the sports consumption of several opinions,for the first time the development of the sports industry is classified as national strategy,but also related to sports college students has brought many career development opportunities.Taking part-time jobs in college is an important channel for college students to understand the status of social career development,and also has an impact on college students' choice of work.Therefore,the study of contemporary students' part-time jobs and career expectations and the possible relationship between them is conducive to understanding the internal college students' training program and the employment choice of college students under the change of external social environment.This study mainly in Beijing sport university graduate student's part-time job and career expectations conditions to carry out the survey,using questionnaire survey method,master graduate student in Beijing sport university reading a part-time job for career expectations as the research object,the influence of using SPSS21.0 for data analysis,the results are as follows: graduate student part-time work experience on the occupational expectation field has a guiding role.Part-time jobs in what fields their career expectations in a greater proportion of choose in what fields.The nature of the part-time work units of graduate students in different work fields has a significant impact on the nature of school physical education and non-physical education fields.The higher the salary,the higher the expected salary in the same field.Job expectations are relatively low when they are in a different field than part-time jobs.Graduate students who take part-time jobs in different job fields have different career goals.School sports pay more attention to the stability of work sense of security,whether to win the respect of others;Social sports are more concerned with earning enough money.Non-sports fields were least concerned about future job security;It has no significant influence on competitive sports.Graduate students who take part-time jobs in different job fields consider different factors in their career choice.Part-time students in the field of school sports pay more attention to whether the major is relevant,part-time students in the field of social sports pay more attention to the salary level,part-time students in the field of non-sports pay more attention to the opportunity of promotion,part-time students in the field of social sports have no direct impact on the consideration of their career choice.
