The part-time teacher of occupation school refers to the professional and technical personnel, and high skilled talents occupation school hired to part-time serve as specific courses or practice teaching tasks. In recent years, with the development of our occupation education make a spurt of progress, part-time teachers have become an indispensable construction strength in the development of occupation school. Emergence of part-time teachers occupation school relieved the occupation school’s teacher shortage problem in a certain extent, and promoted the development of the occupation education, but there have been a series of difficulties in the management. It is a very important and meaningful task to strengthen the management of part-time teachers occupation school, and give full play to the role of teachers development in occupation school.This paper’s research contents include status of the part-time teacher team, the existing problems and causes of the part-time faculty management, suggestions for improving the management of part-time teachers X occupation school of Hunan, based on the dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology as guidelines, adhere to the principle of linking theory with practice, by using the methods of literature study and case study. Intent to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers and improve the talent training quality of occupation schools.This paper considers that the X occupation school of Hunan continuously upgrade the level of talent team and strength of teachers is strong, through the introduction of talent, professional skill training and othermeasures with the rapid development of social economy. At the same time, the number of part-time faculty appeared some new changes also, the professional quality is paid more and more attention. However, there existing a series of problems in the management of part-timeteachers, such as recruitment mechanism is not perfect, sources is not wide enough, inadequate training, treatment is not very good, the work sense of responsibility is not strong, attention degree is not high. The emergence of these problems, both the causes of social level, also have the reason of school and part-time teachers. Strengthen the management of part-time teachers of occupation school, must follow the people-oriented,"Doc" as the means,"guide" for the purpose of education management principles and openclosed, power, flexibility of the administrative department of education management principles, arouse subjective initiative part-time teacher. Firstly, we must strengthen the study of part-time teachers management system of occupation school, specification recruitment system of part-time teachers, and improve the management of part-time teachers. Secondly, we must strengthening the construction of the part-time teacher team of occupation school by expand the channels to promote the introduction of part-time teachers, promotion interactive communication of special part-time teacher, and improve the long-term mechanism of moral construction. Thirdly, we must improve the occupation school budget system, compensation mechanism, office funds safeguard mechanism and training funds safeguard mechanism in order to truly become a beneficial supplement of teachers in the development of occupation school.
