It has been more than 20 years since Anhui Province included the examination of physical education and health course of junior high school academic level in the total score of the senior high school entrance examination.As a summative test for the physical education and health course in the phase of the compulsory education,it is not only an vital basis to measure junior school students for further education,and an important part of senior high school entrance examination,but it can also motivate the junior school students to attach great importance to the physical exercise and physical and mental health,and thus the actual level of the junior middle school graduates in studying the physical education and health course can be reflected accurately.At present,at the critical timeline of carrying out the reform of the high school entrance examination in the pilot cities and introducing a plan to reform the college entrance examination based on this,Anhui Province continues to try,break through and innovate in order to implement the requirements of“establishing the college entrance examination and enrollment system with Chinese characteristics in 2020”proposed in the report of the 19~thh National Congress of the CPC.The discipline of physical education and health has received unprecedented attention in this reform.However,how to explore the reform plan of physical education examination and set up physical education examination items in a more scientific and reasonable way in favor of promoting the physical health of middle school students more effectively is a difficult discipline problem that needs urgent solutions.Taking the status of PE examination items setting in the Senior Middle School Entrance Examination as the research object and adopting literature research method,documentation method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper surveyed statistically the setting on specific items of the PE examination in the Senior Middle School Entrance Examination in the latest five years in Huaibei city,calculated and analyzed the numbers of students of every selected item,the average scores and other data,and found out serious problems such as single test item,unbalanced item selections and serious examination-oriented phenomenon.Combined with the opinions and suggestions from core PE teachers,candidates for the 2018Entrance examination,and PE teachers from basic levels,this paper put forward feasible reform countermeasures to provide a meaningful reference for the reform of PE examination items setting in the Senior Middle School Entrance Examination in Huaibei City.The results analyzed and studied are as follows:(1)The items set in the PE examination in the Senior Middle School Entrance Examination in Huaibei City are singular and the items selected by the candidates are seriously imbalanced.Items Database of PE examination in the Senior Middle School Entrance Examination should be established to enrich the examination items available for selection.Items that require sports skills should be increased and the examination selection method should be changed so as to improve the comprehensive development of sports abilities of students.(2)The theoretical study of physical education and health knowledge is neglected in practical physical education classes.We can try to include the assessment of physical education and health knowledge as one of the PE examination items in the Senior Middle School Entrance Examination,so as to motivate teachers and students to attach importance to theoretical knowledge and truly implement the requirements of the New Curriculum Standards.(3)The grading standards of some examination items should be adjusted.The interval values of the grading standards should be refined to balance the difficulties of all examination items,and the grading standards of new items should be established in a scientific and developmental way.(4)The evaluation form lacks the process evaluation.The daily PE academic level and the result of PE final test can be included into the process evaluation,so as to realize the evaluation form of“process evaluation”and“summative evaluation”.(5)The imbalanced distribution of educational resources leads to great differences in the selection of examination items between students from urban and rural areas.In terms of the allocation of teacher resources,we should lean towards rural schools with weak teacher resources and accelerate the infrastructure construction of rural schools.(6)The current education model lacks the correct guidance to parents'physical education concept.Various forms of“Parent Course”should be carried out to help parents establish a correct concept of physical education and promote students to select PE examination items in a balanced and comprehensive way.
