5E teaching mode is also known as 5 E ring,the model is proposed by American science curriculum improvement research on teachers' book,which is a new type of teaching mode,based on the conceptual change theory and constructivism theory.This teaching mode includes 5 links,the introduction,exploring,explaining,migration and evaluation.5 E teaching mode has been widely used in Europe and the United States and other countries,which emphasizes the students' main position in the classroom,pays full attention to the teaching process,and trains the students' learning methods and habits in terms of arousing students' interest in learning.Improving students' classroom attention and participation,promoting the effective achievement of teaching objectives,and achieving the enhancement of students' biological core literacy have an extremely important role and influence.With the popularity of new curriculum concept,teachers are required to change education idea,to think positively,to improve teaching methods,to pay attention to the foreign advanced education idea and some new science and technology.Teaches should fully applied these new knowledge to the education teaching process,to provide support and help for the teaching.The teaching mode of 5E fundamentally accords with the new curriculum concept and adapts to the current development trend of education teaching reform in China.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is including the introduction part,the research background,the purpose and the significance of the research.The second part is the literature review,introducing the basic connotation of 5 E teaching mode and historical origin,general procedure,introducing the teaching type of the 5 E teaching mode.This part also generalizes,summaries and comments overseas and domestic research status about 5E teaching mode.In this part,three theories,group dynamics theory,constructivism theory and inquiry teaching theory,are analyzed.The third part is 5 E teaching mode applied in the countryside junior middle school biology experiment teaching effect of study design,this paper introduces the research purpose,object,method,design the questionnaire on 5 E teaching pattern in the countryside junior middle school,the inspection application effect in biological experiment teaching designed the interview outline,the current rural teachers' understanding of the teaching model based on the 5 E,cognitive status and application are analyzed.The fourth part is 5 E teaching mode applied in the countryside junior middle school biology experiment teaching practice research,demonstrates the 5E teaching model in junior middle school biology experiment teaching,follow the basic principles and specific implementation of the strategy,and in the form of a case to the5 E teaching mode in the practical application in biological experiment teaching are analyzed.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes and reflects the conclusion of this study.The results of this study fully prove that it is necessary to apply the 5e teaching model in the biology experiment teaching of junior high school in rural areas,which can promote the students' interest and participation in the biology experiment of junior high school,and can enhance the students' ability of experimental inquiry.Experimental operation skills can achieve the goal of biology experiment teaching in junior high school effectively,and promote the transformation of teachers' teaching thinking ideas and methods,so that teachers can better create learning and inquiry situations,and help students to understand more effectively.Understanding and applying the principle of biological experiment can promote the construction of students' biological knowledge structure system and the improvement of biological core accomplishment.
