Study On The Application Of Structural Family Therapy In Bad Parent-child Relationship

With the rapid development of society,people's ideas have changed greatly,and the quality of marriage has been more pursued.According to the data from the Ministry of Civil Affairs,the rate of divorce in our country has been rising,and the restructuring of the family is increasing.The reorganization of the family is different from that of the original family,and the parents' divorce will have an impact on the children and the change of the family structure,and the parent-child relationship is very easy to have problems.The bad parent-child relationship may increase the risk of the problem of the youth,even the generation of the problem behavior,which causes the family problem and affects the function of the family.The author chooses Z-reorganized family in T community of Zhengzhou as a case,aiming at its bad parent-child relationship,on the basis of looking up and reading a large amount of literature,using observation method,interview method and case study method to understand the needs of the main family.The family structure and family system were evaluated and analyzed.The four-step model of family evaluation in structured family therapy model was used to intervene the main family.Through the evaluation of the service effect,the satisfaction degree of the client and the degree of realization of the goal,the structured family therapy has achieved remarkable effect in improving the bad parent-child relationship of the family,and the bad parent-child relationship of the main family has been improved.The family structure was rebuilt.The results of the study show that the application and attempt of the study to the family treatment of the structure are not in conformity with the family ethics culture such as the "to save face" and the "parental authority" of our country.In order to make the model of family treatment in China better developed in China,the author is of the opinion that the first,understand the characteristics of Chinese culture under the gap pattern,establish a helping relationship;second,assess the relationship between the diagnosis of the disease and the family structure,form a treatment system;third,proficient in different stages of practical skills,focus on flexible use;Fourth,accurately grasp the role of social workers,and bevigilant against empathy.Through the use of structural family therapy and its in-depth reflection,it provides reference and reference for exploring a localized road.
