Research On The Achievements And Transformation Of Local University Think Tanks

Think Tanks of local universities are playing an increasingly important role in the construction of China's modern governance system and in serving local economic development.In recent years,local university Think Tanks exist on the basis of local university Think Tanks,and their rapid development shows a good momentum,highlighting obvious academic advantages and research strength,and playing a good supporting role for national and local public decision-making and policy making.As the functional expression of Think Tank research in local universities,think tank results are the crystallization of Think Tank research,and the most important way for Think Tank to influence public decision-making and give full play to its advisory function.The transformation and application of Think Tanks' achievements can highlight their strength and serve as an important criterion for measuring their influence.However,due to the limitation of its own resources and external environment,Think Tank results quality is not high overall,low fruit conversion,achievements mismatch between supply and demand is an important bottleneck that a lot of college Think Tanks face.How to effectively match and harmonize the contradiction between Think Tanks in colleges and the government demand is a serious problem.Accelerating the effective transformation of Think Tank results is still a problem that can't be overlooked.From the perspective of national strategy,Think Tank internal and external coordination have been proposed for many times.Collaboration can realize the advantage of interlocking among subjects.Because the production and transformation of Think Tank achievements is a complex collaborative process,which requires the relationship between multiple subjects and multiple approaches.The Think Tank achievements transformation system is the same.This paper makes a comprehensive use of literature analysis,case study and comparative analysis.At first,through the literature and the related data combed the local university,know about the currentdevelopment status and its research direction.On the basis of transformation and relative surveys,by visiting and investigation,combine the local colleges and universities in Anhui province,know about the achievements and the problems in the process of transformation situation preliminary understanding.Through the system analysis and factor analysis method,in view of the practical problems,select think-tank factors that influence the achievements of the structure of the relationship between various influencing factors of Think Tanks.Existing data were collected through network collection and literature collection,in-depth interviews were conducted with experts from think tanks,and the status quo and problems were analyzed based on the interviews.In combination with relevant influencing factors,the problems of information input and research ability,supply and demand,platform intermediary and environmental factors required by the results are studied in depth.Through the analysis of the relationship between the Think Tank's achievement transformation value chain and the role of each element,the multi-dimensions of think tank collaboration are clarified,and the causes of the problems are explored from the perspective of system collaboration.At the same time,through the case comparison and analysis with other local university think tanks in China,to find the gap,combined with the relevant factors,detailed analysis and from the perspective of supply and demand and platform intermediary,sum up the results of local university think tanks based on the collaborative threshold of targeted recommendations.The study shows that in the process of output and transformation,Think Tank results need to strengthen the internal and external communication and cooperation between the supply and demand sides and the environment elements and intermediary platform channels to better produce and transform high quality and high matching.The results of the Think Tank,so as to better provide the effectiveness of local college Think Tanks.In a collaborative perspective,Think Tank can more clearly understand the actual coordination factor relationship,optimize resource allocation,and enhance the platform environment,thus breaking its own limitations.Through strengthening campus cooperation,actively collaborating with other Think Tanks and universities,deepening the synergy relationship with databases and media platforms,and integrating multi-agents such as government,enterprises,regional and regional Think Tanks to achieve deep integration and comprehensive improvement,improve the quality of Think Tanks and their ability to transform.
