Study On School Social Work Intervening In College Campus Violence

In recent years,campus violence in China's universities has occurred frequently,and the issue of college campus violence has become one of the most important issues of common concern of the whole society.This study attempts to introduce the professional theories and working methods of school social work to intervene in college campus violence,explore the effective path of college students' education management,and provide assistance for the harmony and stability of college campus and the growth and development of college students.Taking H University of Hubei Province as an example,this study conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the campus violence of college students,to clarify the current ideological cognition of college students' groups on campus violence,and attitudes and ways of dealing with them,as well as the countermeasures taken by the college,and find the cause of the problem of college campus violence.From the perspective of school social work,this study uses casework method and community work method to intervene in the problem of college campus violence,explores effective ways to solve this problem,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.The study found that school social work has a unique advantage in intervening in college campus violence,which provides a new perspective for the solution of college campus violence.On the one hand,school social worker can intervene in individual cases of violent incidents through casework methods,provide them with personalized services,help them out of violent predicament,and achieve good post-intervention purposes.On the other hand,school social worker can intervene in the group of college students through community work methods,give full play to the functions of community management and education,and effectively prevent the occurrence of college campus violence,which is conducive to the creation of a safe and harmonious campus environment.
