In recent years,school violence in China has been escalating,which not only endangers students' physical and mental health,but also has a very bad impact on schools,families and society.As an important part of social development,teenagers are vulnerable to multiple impacts on their world outlook,outlook on life and values due to their immature physical and psychological development,weak self-control ability and strong rebellious psychology.Especially in the vocational middle schools,the campus violence incidents emerge in an endless stream,which has caused serious impact and harm to students' physical and mental health,school teaching order,family harmonious development and other aspects.This study through interview 5 vocational schools' s teacher and 25 students of the guangzhou area X,(based on research ethics,this paper relates the school name,names are not her real name),a comprehensive understanding of the five vocational middle school campus violence situation,teachers and students' subjective feeling for the campus violence,school level are doing to school violence prevention and treatment work as well as the effect of intervention of social work school violence,etc.According to the results of the interview,these five vocational middle schools have a certain scale,a large number of students and a wide source of students,and all of them have experienced a certain number of campus violence incidents.There are more and more disadvantages in the traditional education and management mode of vocational middle schools,which mainly focus on ideological and political education.The specific problems are the decoupling of ideological and moral education from reality,and the lack of professionalism in the prevention and control of school violence.Social work has a complete professional theoretical system,rich and flexible working methods and people-oriented values,which can play a unique advantage in the intervention of school violence.Therefore,by exploring the feasibility of the association's intervention in school violence,and drawing on the experience of interviewing school social workers to intervene in school violence,this paper constructs a "five-in-one" school violence prevention model of social worker-school-student-family-community.In the process of operation of this mode,social work is used as an intermediary to change the idea of school education and promote the system reform of school management.Based on the needs of students,to provide students with more diversified services;Promote home-school interaction and enhance family functions;Build support network and create a good community environment.Therefore,in the prevention of school violence in vocational schools,multiple resources can be integrated,social capital can be activated,and multiple methods can be combined to form a "joint force",so as to prevent and eradicate school violence at the source.
