Study On The Employment Relationship Of Strategic Emerging Industries And The Employment Of College Students In Jiangsu Province

Now, with high-tech as the core of strategic emerging industries has become the focus of national competitiveness, because of the strategic emerging industries is established on the basis of scientific breakthrough, reflected the knowledge economy,circular economy and low carbon economy industry, it is common and can lead the direction of economic development of the economy, have unlimited potential. The subject of this study is strategic emerging industries in jiangsu province and university students’ employment relationship. University students’ employment is an old problem,but how to deal with in the process of economic development of the college students’ employment is a new problem. This article from the perspective of the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure, innovative argued that strategic emerging industries and the correlation of college students’ employment, and gives the proof, from the perspective of empirical to listed companies in jiangsu province as an example for empirical analysis.This paper first summarizes the related research at home and abroad, especially the study of domestic and foreign industry structure and talent structure. To strategic emerging industries and defining the related concepts of college students’ employment and puts forward the theoretical basis of the research. Strategic emerging industries in jiangsu province and analysis the current situation of university students’ employment,and trying to find out the continuous and regular. In jiangsu province listed companies empirical relations, the paper will be 96 listed companies 10-13 years data from four years’ annual reports, statistics of operating income, research and development investment, number of employees, college degree or above, employee number and the number of technical personnel. Using SPSS software, the operating revenue and total number of employees, the number of college staff, the technical personnel number correlation analysis. Further demonstrate strategic emerging industries and employment relationship.
