In recent years, the speed of social development in China has been accelerating, and the public demand for society has continued to grow. The imperfections and inadequacy of the supply of public goods and services corresponding to it have become a key issue that needs to be resolved. The development and prosperity of social enterprises has become a new solution to the shortage of public services in the public sector and the failure of the social public sector. In the past, most of the research on dual-element innovation was aimed at large-scale commercial enterprises. It was found that large enterprises could achieve dual-balanced innovation and even interactive innovation through spatial separation, time separation, and external alliance.However,large-scale commercial enterprises and social enterprises have great differences in resource endowments and external resource acquisition capabilities, and the dual-way approach applicable to them cannot be fully applied to social enterprises. As the founder of social enterprises and an important decision-maker in daily management, social entrepreneurs have a vital influence on the overall innovation behavior of social enterprises. On the level of individual dimension, combining the theory of organizational support and social exchange theory, the thesis studies the relationship between organizational support and dual innovation of social entrepreneurs, and uses emotional intelligence to explain the mechanism of action between the two and examine social entrepreneurs. The regulation of individual informal networks and fairness sensitivity provides a basis for the realization of dual innovation in social enterprises.Through the combing of the previous literature, the thesis puts forward the research hypothesis of organizational support and social entrepreneurs’ dual innovation, and explores the relationship between mediator variables, regulatory variables and main effects. The empirical method finally proves that the organization’s instrumental support and emotional support are significantly positively correlated with social entrepreneurs’ dual innovation;emotional intelligence plays an important intermediary role in it;and social entrepreneurs’ informal network and fairness sensitivity will It has a partial adjustment effect on the relationship between organizational support and emotional intelligence. The thesis expands the social enterprise innovation behavior in the Chinese context, and can provide the basis and reference for the realization of the duality of social entrepreneurs and even social enterprises.
