Based on the questionnaire survey and case study method, extract about530Senior high school students from Yangzhou and Gaoyou region in Jiangsu Province as research object, With the help of questionnaire" social support scale" and "perceived social support scale"(PSSS),"emotional intelligence scale"(EIS),"middle school students’ mental health questionnaire " and case study, in order to understand the Senior high school students emotional intelligence, social support and mental health, Discuss emotional intelligence and social support on the mental health of the prediction effect, and combined with case explore to improve Senior high school students’ mental health condition of the way and the method.The research results are the following:1. There is19.4%of the Senior high school students exist moderate mental health problems.28.8%of the Senior high school exist mild mental health problems.2. The student cadres Senior high school student mental health level higher than the Senior high school students served the post of student cadre; Senior high school students from good to poor grades, mental health level is also gradually reduce; Family economic difficulties of Senior high school students mental health level was significantly lower than the economic well-off family of Senior high school students; Mother level of education in junior college and above Senior high school students’ mental health level is the highest.3. Senior high school students overall situation is good, emotional intelligence and closely associated with mental health. Senior high school students emotional intelligence and mental health problems are significantly negative correlation, emotional perception and self emotional control and mental health problems is a significant negative correlation, others emotional control and emotional use and mental health problems, including a negative correlation self emotion regulation of mental health problems is to explain the highest rate.4. Senior high school students social support level is higher, understanding social support ability is good, the average score were higher than a critical value. Senior high school students social support, understanding social support level were very significant negative correlation with mental health problems, subjective support were very significant negative correlation with mental health problems, exploitation degree of support and mental health problems were very significant negative correlation, objective support and mental health problems were significantly negative correlation.5. Senior high school students of emotional intelligence, social support to mental health problems of joint explanation at a rate of38.1%, and the most important dimensions is the ability of perceived social support.6. Social support and emotional intelligence can be changed with mental counseling, with the level of social support and emotional intelligence improved, the Senior high school students’ mental health problems can be reduced.
