The separation of general and vocational education,the emphasis on the general education are largely influenced by the education policy and the public's understanding of vocational education.China's traditional culture,social atmosphere and education model are indispensable to the formulation of education policies and the public's understanding of vocational education.One of the most important reasons for the difficulty of integrating general education and vocational education in high school in China is that it did not lay the foundations in the junior high school stage and before.The development of education is a gradual process,the cultivation of talents is a complete and systematic process.Secondary education is a complete educational process and has an irreplaceable role in the development of students.This research is based on the whole stage of secondary education,analyzes the factors that hinder China's realization of integrating general education and vocational education,and summarizes the characteristics of vocational education development in the United States,Britain and Japan,and explores the strategy of integrating general education and vocational education in China.Puts forward suggestions and strategies to enrich China's research on integrating general education and vocational education and aims to promote the realization of China's general employment.This research adopts literature research,comparative research and other research methods.Through the analysis of the development history of vocational education in the United States,Britain and Japan,analyzes the characteristics of the implementation of integrating general education and vocational education and finds the experience and strategy that can be used for reference.In addition,by analyzing the cases of integrating general education and vocational education in some areas of China,summarize the factors affecting the realization of integrating general education and vocational education in China,and then propose feasible plans for the realization of integrating general education and vocational education and overcoming difficulties in China.This research mainly explores the implementation strategies of the general manager from five aspects.First of all,starting from the change of ideas,strengthen vocationalenlightenment education before the high school stage,increase the propaganda of vocational education,and create a social atmosphere that advocates labor.Second,improve the vocational education system and give play to the leading role of the government in vocational education.Third,build a smooth channel for secondary vocational students to enter the school,give play to the evaluation role of qualification certificates and credits for students,and broaden the channels for students to enters a higher school.Fourth,strengthen cooperation among the main body of the school,establish third-party rights institutions,and improve the cooperation mechanism.Finally,through the curriculum to promote the integration of general education and vocational education,improve the requirements of the basic curriculum in vocational schools,and enhance the penetration of vocational courses in ordinary secondary schools.
