| In recent years,with the continuous expansion of integrating of general education and vocational education scale in secondary vocational schools,the number of integrating of general education and vocational education students is increasing year by year.Different from ordinary secondary vocational school students,they have to go through the elimination of general high school again in the first semester of secondary vocational school.At the same time,they have to take part in the college entrance exam,commonly known as “single-recruit examination”.the single examination.Because of self frustration,lack of self-confidence and serious learning anxiety,the self-identity problems continue to emerge,resulting in their psychological adaptation and other adverse effects on their overall development.The increasing problems of self-identity and psychological adaptation are affecting the new groups under the reform of school running mode.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore an effective way to improve students’ self-identity and enhance their psychological adaptation.In Experiment 1,the study conducted a questionnaire survey on self-identity and psychological adaptation among 265 integrating of general education and vocational education students in secondary vocational schools.The results showed that,(1)The self-identity and psychological adaptation of students is poor.(2)Girls’ score of psychological adaptation is significantly higher than that of boys,especially in three aspects: unfamiliar environments situations and learning situations adaptation,examination anxiety situational adaptation,adaptation to test anxiety situations,and group activity adaptation.(3)The score of examination anxiety situational adaptation of students in senior one and senior two is significantly higher than that of senior three,The selfidentity of senior two was significantly higher than that of senior one.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between self-identity and psychological adaptation of students.And selfidentity shows positive correlation with unfamiliar environments situations and learning situations adaptation and examination anxiety situational adaptation.Moreover psychological adaptation can forecast self-identity significantly.In this study experiment 2,group guidance is used to enhance the self-identity of integrating of general education and vocational education students in secondary vocational schools,and then enhance their psychological adaptation.Specifically,24 students with relatively low scores of psychological adaptation are recruited,then they are randomly divided into experimental group(12 people)and control group(12 people).The experimental group accept for a period of 8sessious of group guidance to enhance the self-identity and the control one does not receive any intervention.After the intervention,both groups are to take the post-test of psychological adaptation.At last the differences between post-test data and pre-test data difference are tested.The results showed that,the group counseling program with the theme of enhancing self-identity is feasible and effective to enhance the psychological adaptation of students. |
