Popularizing senior high school education is an important decision for the development of education in China.Under this background,general employment is the demand for social development that popularizes senior high school education in China,and it is also an individual's internal appeal for the comprehensive development of educators.As an important part of development.Therefore,the research on the related issues of general circulation has also become the focus of attention in the field of education in China.However,the current scholars' research on the practice mode of general integration is concentrated in the individual pilot cases,and there is a lack of in-depth and extensive research on the status quo.Focus on the author's Henan Province,what is the status quo of the development of the general-purpose integration work? How do the two schools in the senior high school stage regard the general-purpose job integration and what constraints and constraints exist in the process of general-purpose integration? In response to these problems,the author used interviews to connect various types of 30 general schools in different parts of Henan Province.In the form of interviews and field surveys,the authors answered and resolved these problems through research.The development of the work provides some suggestionsIn order to clarify the current situation of the development of the general-purpose integration work in high school in Henan Province,the author combs China's education policy documents involving general-purpose integration from the two aspects of national education policy and local education documents,and understands the policy of carrying out general-purpose job integration in Henan Province.background.On this basis,the three major practical models for the exploration of general-purpose finance in Henan Province during the high school stage were collated and summarized.They were: the comprehensive high school model implemented spontaneously by local schools,and the general high school model with the characteristics of the general government and pilot facilities.Comprehensive high school class mode.Through selecting 13 different types of general vocational schools as samples,conduct interviews and field surveys,and learn from each of the exploration models of the operational programs and development status.Understand the current status of the development of the existing general-purpose fulfillment model.The author has also added and selected 17 non-private-dissolved search schools in different regions as samples to interview their school leaders.Combining the results of the interviews of two sample schools It summarizes the main constraints of the general vocational work in high school in Henan Province,including the lack of popularization,the restriction of the education system,the imbalance of the main body of the model exploration,and the blocking of the flow of general education.For these constraints,the author conducts attribution analysis,and believes that the main reasons are: the definition of financial information is vague;the mode exploration time is short;the related institutional errors lead and the teaching management center of gravity shifts;the social status difference is simple;the proportion of pilot entities is unbalanced;Their independence,lack of experience in the conversion mechanism.On the basis of attribution analysis,combined with some existing theoretical research and exploration experience of general-purpose integration in other regions at home and abroad,the author put forward some targeted policy recommendations: enrich the definition of connotation,strengthen the general publicity and propaganda;optimize the top-level design,Improve the relevant education system;pay attention to the construction of pilot projects and promote joint exploration by multiple parties;break the restrictions on student registration and establish education conversion mechanisms.It is hoped that this will provide some theoretical guidance basis for the development of general-purpose integration work in Henan Province,solve and improve the existing constraints,and promote its smooth and in-depth development.
