X Vocational And Technical College Campus Security Management Problems And Countermeasures Research

Campus safety management is not only an important part of school management,but also the basic guarantee to maintain the safe and stable development of the school.However,due to the continuous expansion of enrollment scale,diversification of student sources and complication of student situation,higher vocational campus safety accidents occur frequently,which puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational campus safety management.The situation of campus safety management in higher vocational colleges is grim and faces many problems that need to be improved.The research object of this article,X Vocational and Technical College,is also facing the urgent problems of campus safety management.The author conducted in-depth research on this issue through literature,questionnaire and interview.The author colleted with the relevant information provided by the Security Office to obtain the specific work situation and main types of safety accidents of the safety management of X Vocational College.Through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,it is found that there are some campus safety management problems in this school,such as insufficient safety management aiming at the diversification of higher vocational education,lagging network safety management,lack of safety management for practical training,and blank space in effectively preventing cold violence on campus.The reason is mainly caused by four factors: school,students,family and society.Based on the actual situation of campus safety management in X College,the author proposes to improve the campus safety management countermeasures in X Vocational College by strengthening the construction of campus safety management team,establishing the construction of campus safety management platform,perfecting safety management rules and regulations,perfecting safety management related to mechanisms,enriching the contents of network safety education,integrating practical training safety education into the education and teaching system,skillfully carrying out mental health education,innovating safety education forms,strengthening practical safety management of universal high school enrollment,paying attention to the incentive safety management of independent recruitment enrollment,strengthening the binding safety management of five-year consistent students,increasing the open safety management of three school students,and other measures.
