Behavior Therapy Model In The Application Of Children Aggressive Behavior Modification Research

In recent years,children's aggressive behavior in the community has a deep discussion.Aggressive behavior is a bad behavior,children fighting each other,between abuse and harm life,will cause a series of problems in the family,school and society,the adverse effects of the development of the whole life of children and even harm,which had caused the parents and the school pays attention to the children's aggressive behavior.This study used Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire,the Nanjing city Y primary school grade 5 class 1 of 48 students were measured,the results showed that the class 5 children have aggressive behavior,in two aspects of physical aggression and verbal aggression.Physical attack specific performance for the body to fight,kick others,etc.;verbal attacks specifically for the use of uncivilized language curse to others,nickname for others.Through the analysis of survey data,found the reason of the children's aggressive behavior,the main ways of cognition,unreasonable lack of interpersonal conflict management skills,lack of peer group support,parents are not reasonable parenting style and school education absence.In case the main manifestations and causes of aggressive behavior,this study selected group work behavior and practice mode of egotism intervention treatment,the planning of the "know yourself,change yourself' project,launched a "Behavior management","behavior training","emotional management","we grow up together","small hand big hand,you and I grow up"……And other 10 group activities to help the case to correct the offensive behavior.In evaluation of group intervention,using aggressive scale through the comparison of before and after the test,director on the evaluation of the self feedback and others found physical egotism attack,verbal aggression,are improved to varying degrees,group work intervention obtained the certain effect.Behavior therapy mode correction children aggressive behavior has certain advantages:the treatment process is more flexible,adapt to a wide range of targeted,treatment methods and technology comparison system,easy to operate?But it also has some problems,such as excessively pursuing the improvement of the service object behavior,ignoring the inner discussion,interpret people's behavior in order to adapt external environment,etc.The social role in the practice process in the play,is worth thinking,often according to the different stages of practice intervention and different roles,with the practice of further intervention,and to ensure that the practice of interventional effect.In addition,social workers in the practice of the application of the integrated use of encouragement,support,demonstration,teaching,application of the eye,summary and other skills to promote the case of the principal to correct aggressive behavior.The realization of practical intervention effect needs the cooperation of social workers,families and schools.Social workers should try their best to improve their ability to ensure the professionalism of the intervention.The family,parents should give their children establish the correct model demonstration and guidance,family education play advantage,enhance parent-child communication and interaction;the school,we should pay more attention to students,psychological health and moral education.Finally,the author hopes that the research in this field can provide some reference and reference for the practical research in the field.
