The core quality of physics indicates what physics should bring to students.Among them,scientific thinking plays an important part in students' lifelong development and ability cultivation.however,in actual teaching,the front-line teachers often fail to cultivate students' core qualities of physics and fail to penetrate scientific thinking.Students do not understand the core literacy and scientific thinking.In addition,under the influence of the college entrance examination and the pressure of society and scores,students' core literacy has not been cultivated very well.Depending on the reading,summary and understanding about related literature,this paper analyses the research background,purpose and significance combined with various educational theories.Then,the author goes deep into the front line of teaching and try my best to understand the current situation of front line teaching and students' needs by holding class meetings,collecting students' suggestions,listening to and commenting on the new course teaching and learning exercises.On the basis of full understanding,this paper starts from the social needs and the requirements of the new curriculum reform,seeks new ideas of physics teaching that can really cultivate students' scientific thinking and meet the social needs.And this paper elaborates both the teaching of new physics course and the teaching of physics exercises in senior high school.In the aspect of the teaching of new physics course in senior high school,after understanding the reading literature,observing classroom teaching and face-to-face communication with students,this paper analyses and demonstrates the possible problems in current teaching,and evaluates them with the classroom record of new physics course.Then according to the research and analysis of the new teaching ideas,this paper gives true examples of teaching changes.In the aspect of physics exercise teaching of senior high school,first,it analyzes the function of physics exercises,then,it provides feasible exercise teaching of the new thinking method that can cultivate student's scientific thinking and improve student's ability to solve problems through the analysis of true example of exercises.At the end of the paper,the author summarizesthe research results,implements feasible suggestions,rethinks the lack of the research and looks forward to the research prospect.
