The rise and fall of education directly affects the development of the national transport.Science education has the role of cultivating the overall quality of the whole nation and consolidating the foundation of national development.It is the top priority of the development of basic education in the country at this time.The science education in primary schools is the most fundamental guarantee for improving the quality of talents and cultivating the humanities.Inspiring and protecting children's curiosity and curiosity,cultivating students' scientific spirit and practicing innovation ability are of great significance for cultivating elite and innovative talents.At present,a large part of the competition for national strength benefits from the competition of talents.Students need to receive a lot of science education to stand out and become the talents needed by society.The United States is driven by the value of this aspect.It is the first to carry out reforms in the implementation of the science curriculum for primary schools.It focuses on the science of primary school and continuously enhances the comprehensive ability of all aspects of students in order to provide more talents for the country to adapt to the society development.First of all,this paper introduces the theoretical and practical significance of studying the implementation of American contemporary elementary science curriculum in the context of national science and technology competition.The research status of domestic and foreign researches is compared and introduced.The scientific research methods such as literature research method and comparative research method are used to analyze and review the existing theoretical literature.At the same time,the theoretical basis of the implementation of American contemporary primary science curriculum is introduced.Then,under the guidance of the theory,this paper studies the current situation of the implementation of contemporary American elementary science curriculum,including the implementation model and the implementation evaluation,and analyzes the implementation effect of the whole curriculum.Then,this paper takes the science curriculum of the second grade and the fifth grade of elementary school as an example to reproduce the appearance of the contemporary American elementary science curriculum,and further deepen the research on the status quo.Finally,this paper summarizes the successful experience of the implementation of contemporary American science curriculum and draws inspirations for science education in China.Through the above analysis and research,the author draws the following conclusions: First,the implementation of the American contemporary primary science curriculum meets the development requirements of the times,and cultivates a large number of compound talents for various stages of economic and technological development for the country;second,the United States The implementation goals of the contemporary elementary science curriculum are forward-looking and creative.The content of the curriculum implementation is flexible and extensible,focusing on the values of ecological humanism in the spirit of the times.Third,the main modes of curriculum implementation are open and diverse.The implementation effect is conducive to enhancing students' interest in learning and improving students' hands-on ability.The most important point is to emphasize the guidance of teachers to students in the implementation of science curriculum,instead of strengthening teachers' ears,emphasizing students to learn inquiry learning and enhance self-learning.Consciousness;Fourth,public resources such as American enterprises,society,and government attach great importance to science education,and such conditions as strong support and financial input are important prerequisites for American primary school science education to become the world's vane.However,there are still some problems in the implementation of science curriculum in China,including insufficient investment in science curriculum funds by the government and schools,lack of teachers in science curriculum related majors,less class time in science courses,too simple teaching methods,and hands-on operation of students.The poor practical ability and the classroom teaching are mainly taught by teachers,and the phenomenon of self-study supplemented by students has many disadvantages.Through the research on the implementation of American science curriculum,it aims to provide a certain reference value for the primary science education in China.
