At present,the teaching reflection ability of teachers in the basic education stage,especially in junior middle schools,has been the most important factor affecting the professional growth of teachers in the basic education field.The research shows that self-reflection is the necessary way and effective way to ensure the professional growth of junior middle school teachers.The new curriculum reform also makes corresponding demands on the teaching reflection,and improves the teacher's consciousness level of self-reflection has become an effective way of teaching reform.Therefore,the investigation and analysis of the self-reflection of middle school teachers at the present stage is an effective method to help junior middle school teachers improve their ability of teaching reflection and make teachers more professional.So,what is the level of teachers ' reflective ability of middle school teachers at present? Based on the careful reading and understanding of the relevant theories of teaching reflection,This study uses questionnaires to investigate and interview the relevant teachers,and investigates the situation of self-reflection in the teaching of teachers in some junior high schools in Zhoukou,Henan province.By using the questionnaire research method,this paper compiles the theoretical basis of teaching reflection,which is designed from the time of teaching reflection,the content of teaching reflection,the process of teaching reflection,the level of teaching reflection,the way of teaching reflection,and the dimension of teaching reflection in six aspects,and the basic situation of teaching reflection of teachers in general junior middle School is carried out.At the same time,in order to obtain teachers ' cognition of teaching reflection,this paper uses interview method and design interview question to understand in detail the teachers ' cognition of teaching reflection,the necessity of teaching reflection,the reasons for teaching reflection,the content of teaching reflection,the teaching reflection method,the factors of teaching reflection and so on.Through combing the data information obtained from the questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the cognition of teachers ' teaching reflection,the analysis of teaching reflection time,the analysis of teaching reflection content,the analysis of teaching reflection level,the analysis of teaching reflection mode,and the analysis of teaching reflection dimension.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the teaching reflection of junior middle school teachers in Zhoukou distribution,as well as the influencing factors of school and teachers themselves.Finally,the countermeasures for improving the level of teaching reflection of junior high school teachers are proposed: to promote the improvement of junior high school teachers' self-work ability;to guide junior high school teachers to carry out teaching reflection from multiple angles;to clarify the content of teaching reflection;to create a favorable teaching reflection environment;and to establish a teacher evaluation system based on development perspective.
