Since the1980s, teaching reflection as a new educational philosophy has injected intothe educational research of USA, UK, Germany and other countries, then it quickly caughtthe attention of teachers and the education sector worldwide. At this point,"TeachingReflection" also gradually got into people’s vision, opened the nations educators, researcherswho study teaching reflection of the road. According to relevant information, teachingreflection refers to the teachers’ reconsideration of education and teaching practice in order tofurther improve the level of education and teaching. Today, many teachers are willing toreview the teaching progress and analyze the problems from their own educational practice tosolve the problem and promote teaching. Research shows that teaching reflection in foreigncountries, especially the United States have gone through nearly a hundred years of ups anddowns, in general, it is becoming perfect in teaching.On the basis of foreign studies, teaching reflection of the research has made greatprogress in China, and broke the mark of the theory, then to put into practice gradually. Thereis not so many research on the status of the investigation and the implementation of teachingreflection, especially for the teaching reflection of ordinary primary and secondary school.Therefore, we identify the causes and factors affecting the effect of teaching reflection andpropose targeted solutions to solve the problems and take appropriate measures to promotebetter use of primary and secondary teachers reflect by studying the meaning andcomposition of teaching reflection deeply, taking samples at random ordinary secondaryschool, investigating the status of implementation of the teaching reflection, describingteaching reflection on teaching composition, and summarizing and evaluating causes andfactors teachers teaching reflection. It is necessary to keep the teaching reflect in order andreasonable way. So I choose the teaching reflection as topic of the thesis.This thesis will complete the work in the following aspects:First, summarizing basic concepts and theoretical knowledge of teaching reflection;Second, analyzing and summarizing status and trends of teaching reflection research athome and abroad;Third, selecting the samples, primary and secondary school teachers, usingquestionnaires and interviews to investigate the status of the teaching reflection, andanalyzing the problems during teaching process of reflection;Fourth, putting forward countermeasures according to the investigation and the results ofthe analysis of teaching reflection;Finally, making a summary on implementation suggestion of teaching reflection.
