Study On Countermeasures For Sustainable Development Of Keqiao Coldplay Town In Zhejiang Province

Under the background that the country vigorously promotes the supply-side structural reform of the sports industry,the sports characteristic town,as the latest product of the supply-side reform of the sports industry,is developing rapidly and has become a hotspot of scholars.As the latest carrier of the supply-side reform of the sports industry,small towns with sports characteristics are of great significance for promoting the new urbanization,healthy China strategy and integrated development of the sports industry.The construction of small towns with sports characteristics in zhejiang province is in full swing and has become a demonstration area of the construction of small towns with sports characteristics in China.This paper selects keqiao,a small town in zhejiang province,as the research object,which plays an exemplary role.In this paper,the method of literature,field research and interview is used to discuss the theory of sustainable development,and the theory of sustainable development is applied to sports characteristic towns.Secondly,taking keqiao coldplay town as the research object,the construction situation of keqiao coldplay town is analyzed,including its business model and management model.Through the above analysis,it is proposed that keqiao coldplay town should develop towards embedded and convergent network mode.Based on the theory of sustainable development,this paper analyzes capital,technology,talents and resources.Based on the theory of sustainable development and combined with the restrictive factors of keqiao coldplay town's development,this paper puts forward the targeted development strategies.Aiming at the constraints encountered in the sustainable development of keqiao coldplay town,and combining with the theory of sustainable development,several strategies are put forward.Firstly,the accurate positioning of keqiao coldplay town is required.Second,the scientific planning of keqiao coldplay town;Third,play the role of government guidance,improve the visibility of the town;Fourth,promote the embedded development of small town sports industry and improve the industrial chain;Fifth,to promote the integrity of keqiao kuwan town capital chain,broaden the financing channels;Sixth,further improve the infrastructure of the town,introduce more interdisciplinary talents and establish a more perfect talent training mechanism.
